Bella’s P.O.V

She ran out of there so fast I never really got to say anything. She looked so upset it was heart breaking, I couldn’t talk with my mum but I still had my dad around for the next couple of years. Even then when he was gone I had my own family, I had Edward and Reneseme. I also had another set of parents, what more could I ask for, I had to perfect life I’ve always wanted.

But she only had her brother, Emily and Seth. Yes she has the pack as well but she is still so young she needs a mother in the equation, and Emily’s still too young to give her that.

Maybe Esme can have her stay with us for a while, Jake is over every other day so it’s not like the stink would make a difference. And she seems to have less stink. Yesterday she didn’t seen effected by it at all.

Reneseme took to her, she just loved dancing with her, and it was amazing. My little girl was dancing even after she left, trying to perfect her routine.

“What are you thinking about, love?” Edward asked as we were cuddled up on the couch after Reneseme went to bed.

“Just Pepper, she seems so sad all the time.”

“Maybe if she’s over more often than Jasper can help her with memories and what not?” he replied as we cuddled further into the couch.

“I hope so,” was all I said back.

Pepper’s P.O.V

Weeks turned into months before I could try to dance again. Most of my time was spent with Seth either at First Beach or watching movies at someone’s house. Seth and I hadn’t really talked about the whole couple thing but we both knew that we were together. The other guys didn’t say anything but they gave us weird looks when we were cuddled on the couch or having make out sessions on the logs at the clearing.

When we would go on runs it would be mainly through the day as mostly everyone is too busy sleeping or eating to notice our tag games and if they did then we were told off but we didn’t care. We were kids, and in love.

I was in love with Seth. I had known that from day one. There was nothing that could stop the love I felt for him, it almost hurt. Whenever we had our little moment of staring at each other or ‘goo-goo’ eyes the rest of the pack would make gaging noises and in some cases some would growl. Being one of the youngest and a girl mostly all the guys are like big brothers, if Seth and I were getting ‘carried away’ they would find some way to break us apart.

Jake like to splash water on us till we stopped, usually we ignore the first couple of squirts but after twenty or so it gets annoying. Embry and Quil like to move me to another chair in the room and have someone sit next to me and the same for Seth. Paul, Jared and the others mainly just made weird noises to stop or just stand there and stare till we felt them staring and get unconfutable by it.

Sam was the worst of them all. He would walk around with squirt bottles and break us up, or growl or stare or move me and sit next to Seth so he was unconfutable and left.

I had talked to the Cullen’s and explained what happened, they said that they understood and were sorry too. Me being me just shut up at that point. It a couple of months after the incident that Carlisle talked to me.

“So, what are you doing for your birthday in a weeks’ time?” I just stared at him in shock. I had completely forgotten about it, on porpoise though. I hated presents and I didn’t really find the need to say anything to anyone but the dumb doctor had to ruin that for me.

“WHAT?” Jake screamed. “Why didn’t you tell us?”

“… I forgot?” I asked in a small voice knowing everyone in the house still would have herd me.

“How can you forget your birthday, what’s so bad about them?” Seth asked coming to sit next to me on the couch.

“Well… for starters, I don’t like presents, the attention and everything else about it. Anyway, I’m a wolf I can’t age from this unless I decide to stop shifting, what does a silly little birthday have to do with that?” I grouched.

We were in the Cullen’s living room with Edward and Bella on the love seat. Reneseme and Jake on the floor playing with something, Esme and Carlisle on the other end of the couch and Seth next to me, Alice took that moment to walk into the room with hopeful eyes.

“NO!” I roared at her, hoping to refuse anything thing she is trying to get me to say yes to.

“I’ve seen you open it already, you love it.” She simply said as she walked back out with an evil grin on her face.

“Don’t care, I’m not going to bother getting excited about a stupid day!” I call out after her, while everyone laughs.

Stupid doctor bringing up my stupid birthday, a snort from my left made me jump. I noticed Edward giving me a weird look and all I said was,

“Shut it you.” Before turning my attention back on the TV while Seth was hugging me from behind.

“I will give you the best birthday surprise ever!” he whispered in my ear, “NOT LIKLEY” Alice called from somewhere in the house, probably scheming already. Kill me now.

The room erupted into fit of giggles and full on laugh’s as I sit there and silently beg for the next couple of days to drag on forever.
