You rested your hands on his cheeks, his cold cheeks.. you smiled while tearing up which turned into crying, he looked at you then wiped your tears one more time.
"Please remember to be strong baby girl, for me.. I need you to be. I love you."
Sebastian said his last words, then kissed you one more time, then you heard a long beep, you knew he was gone. You rested your head on his chest and cried, then Nurse Janet came in with the others, you all stood there upset and crying. Sebastian was gone, that was it. Game over. The doctors came into Sebastian's room, they informed us that we had to go. It was already 8:30am, everyone was exhausted and sad. Ethan and Cam drove home with their girlfriend and mom, while Adriana and you talk about Sebastian.
"I can't believe he's gone, he needs to come back. I already miss him."
Adriana pulled you into a hug and was stroking your hair. You smiled and nodded, then walked out of the hospital together and drove off in your separate directions.
