"Joe, let's go." I yelled up the stair way waiting for him to exit and shut the door, before we made our way out onto the pavement.
"So where are we running?" Joe asked, stretching his calves and untangling his head phones.
"I don't know, maybe to the park and back..." I pondered rolling my ankles in circles.

"Can we stop up here, take a break?" Joe asked puffing loudly.
"I was just about to say the same thing." I breath as we pull to a stop.
Joe sat down next to me, and pulled out his phone. I fiddled aimlessly with my earbud.
"So, you excited to announce the movie?" I asked.
"Caspar, can I tell you something?" He asked, avoiding the question. I dropped my earbud, and looked him in the eye.
"Yeah, anything."
"I, uh. Look, when I tell you this, you have to promise not to freak out or act differently. It doesn't change anything. And it's super confusing. And I just-" I cut him off and put my hand on his. He pulled away slowly, frightened.
"Joe?"
"I think I like you." He explained. I frowned confused. "No. That's a lie. I know I like you. A lot." Recognition flashed within me. Oh.
"Like, like-like?" I asked.
"Yeah." He said twisting his face awkwardly. "Okay well let's go." Joe said changing the subject. And standing up, ready to take off again. I grabbed his arm and stood up, pulling him into a hug.
"Nothing will change. It's you. You do you right? You're still my best friend. I promise." I explained, tightening my grip on him. "This is probably not helping, right?" I laughed. He pushed me playfully, letting out a shrill of infectious laughter. I hit him back and began running as he followed.

JOE

"Joe. I got this weird package thing, come open it with me." Casper yelled.
I continued staring at the sealing as thoughts bounced around my head like basketballs. I didn't respond.
The door let out a squeak and I turned my attention over to Caspar as he entered my room. I twisted one of my outstretched arms awkwardly.
"Hey Joe." Caspar smiled closing the door softly and lying down next to me. I continued to stare at the sealing. "I've always wanted to know what's so interesting about Joe Sugg's sealing, why does he have such a fascination with such a simple plain wonder of the world."
I reached over to my lamp and turned it off, and all of the light in my room disappeared inadvertently answering his dilemma . The hundreds of glow in the dark star stickers lit up brightly.
"Woah, this is so, like... nostalgic." Casp pointed out. "It's like... Um... You know that-" he stopped talking when he realised me hovering over the top of him.
"I'm going to try something..." I trail.
"Oh, kay..." He trailed, breathy.
I lent down ever so slowly, as our lips brushed over one another and I felt his heightened warm breath on my cold lips. I told myself to remember the feeling. "Take your ti-" Caspar began sacastically before I cut him off pressing my lips on his, kissing him for several seconds before he realising what was actually happening and hungrily kissed back. I felt a smile forming on my lips as his arms worked their way up onto my back and his fingers in my hair.
I pulled back and saw the shadows of his face in the glowing light.
"Nope, I'm definitely.... Not! Interested in you. You're the worst kisser. Your breath smells repulsive. I can't even look at you." I laughed.
"Oh fuck off." Caspar said grabbing the back of my shirt and pulling my lips back onto his.
