~one week later(because I'm lazy like that)~
"Milady, Albert is back to retrieve D." S informed me.
"Alright. Give him D then." I said calmly.(I read this again and laughed! XD)
"Yes." S responded.
A minute after S had left, I heard the doors of my home slam, hard.
After that there was a knock on my door.
"Yes?"
"Milady, Albert has refused to take D back due to D's weak form."
"Then force D onto him." I replied.
"Yes, milady." He said and then left.
While S was gone forcing the stupid D on Albie, I read some of the letters S had brought into my bureau earlier.
The first 2 letters were just letters thanking me for donating money to charities. The next one was taxes. The last one had a purple seal with a hawk on it.
I quickly opened it and read the letter.
It said: Dearest Raven. I would like to invite you to a ball at my manor. It is on December 24 from 6:30pm-12:00am.
In case you did not know, this is from the Vince manor.
Sincerely, Victoria Vince.
P.S. I'm looking forward to meeting you Raven Jeager~
After reading the letter I had chills. It was creepy how much Victoria wanted to see me. This want the first letter. It was probably the 4th.
Soon S returned without D. I informed him that I would be attending the ball at the Vince manor.

Sorry for the late update. My phone said there was a conflict with the story and then I had to blah blah blah. I doubt you really care. But to make up for the short chapter now, I'll try to make the next chapter at least 500 words long and I'll try to post it soon.
