1-After the incident with Cupid, Nico resolved himself to tell Percy the truth. Eventually. It took over a year, several pep talks with Jason (and Piper, by six months' time), and a coffee date cleverly disguised (ha) as just two friends hanging out. After Nico finally managed to get his confession out, Percy gave him a smile, said he'd already known, and told Nico to pick a better first date next time.
2-Every fourteenth of February, Percy sends 2 bouquets of flowers. Big, bright sunflowers for his mother and elegant white roses for Nico. But both addressed: To Mrs. Jackson.
3-Nico once tried to be romantic and take Percy to a restaurant. Unfortunately, he chose seafood, causing Percy to run. They just ended up going to McDonalds to share a Happy Meal.
