Our awkward love story(EDITED)

Chapter 29 Camerons pov:

I woke up in the morning excited! Today was Baileys birthday and I was gonna ask her to be my girlfriend. Well first I was gonna take her to dinner then ask her out.

I went on my phone for a bit like I always do and then I went upstairs and got breakfast. I just has some waffles. I went back downstairs, brushed my teeth, did my hair, then got dressed and headed off to school.

I didn't see Bailey until science and I was excited to see her. She looked so gorgeous. She was sitting down when I got into class.
"Happy birthday ." I said to her
"Thank you." She said.

She kind of sits by me which was a good thing. I have a feeling she stares and me , but I don't mind. Today science was boring. We just took notes and did drawings of the stuff we learned to help us understand it better.

It was time for lunch and I didn't know when I should ask her if she wanted to go to dinner. Maybe I'll just wait until the end of the day. It's our tradition. Natasha handed Bailey a bag.

"Happy birthday best friend !" She said.
"Awe thanks." She opened the bag and it was a Hershey chocolate plush that said friends."
"I have the other one that says best ."
"Awe tash it's so cute. That's why you wouldn't she me what you got." Bailey said.
"I know . I got you."

The rest of my day was boring as usual. I saw Bailey at her locker so I walked over to her.
"Hey Bailey bug," I said
"Hi Cameron," she said
"So it's your birthday and I was wondering if you'll go to dinner with me?"
"Um yeah. That would be fun." She said.
"Ok well I'll text you later." I said
"Ok bye," she said walking away with her beautiful blonde curls bouncing as she walked.

I got home from school and did my homework . It was about 3:30 when I finished. I let my mom know I wouldn't be here for dinner. I was just chilling in my room when Bailey texted me.

B: hey ! Um so my parents wanted to go to dinner and do something special.
M: that's totally fine. Don't worry about it .
B: well you didn't let me finish😊 your coming (:
M: really...
B: and so is Natasha so it's not that awkward.
M: your family doesn't think it's weird?
B: no, we're not dating. People will think we are but who cares.
M: ok . Where am I meeting you.
B: olivia garden at 6:)
M: ok see you there ☺️
B: k bye 😋

She didn't care if people though we were dating which made me happy . I can't believe she invited me to dinner with her. Her family must like me to let me come to a family dinner.

I left at 5:45 and it came so slow. I was just anxious to get there and see her. I got there a couple minutes early and waited. I saw a van pull in and I knew it was her. She got out of the car and damn she looked good !!
