Our awkward love story(EDITED)

Chapter 21 Baileys pov:

I woke up and checked my phone and it was 11:30. A good nights sleep was long over due. I grabbed my phone , checked social media , and then headed upstairs .

My mom was making breakfast and Natasha was standing in the kitchen .

"Natasha what are you doing here ?!"

"Well good morning sleepy head. I have been here for 30 minutes . "

"What are you doing here !" I said as I ran over and gave her a big hug.

"My parents are visiting my aunt in Florida cause she just opened up her own bakery. "

"Why didn't you tell me ?"

"Cause I wanted to surprise you ."

"Why didn't your sisters or brother watch you ?"

"They have school,  my mom suggested it. "

"Well you did surprise me. So what's for breakfast ?"

"Well we already had breakfast , but I'm making your favorite fall breakfast / dessert because I'm proud of you. "My mom said

"Homemade pumpkin cinnamon rolls ?" I asked

"Yes." My mother said. "Natasha helped me.

"They look amazing," Natasha said

"Oh they are ."

I have a part time job at a local cupcake shop. They pay like 9.50 an hour. It feels so good to have money of my own. Plus I drive so I go to Starbucks almost every day.

"Hey Tash do u wanna go get Starbucks ? They just came out with the pumpkin spice latte . "

"Of course ."

"Ok . Let me go fix up a minute."

By the time we left and came back it was 11:50. I drank my pumpkin drink with my pumpkin cinnamon roll. My mom is seriously amazing.

"Mrs. Hall I'm so glad to be staying with you . I love your food so much. "

"Awe thank you Natasha . That's the one thing my family loves about me."

"Haha that's true. " Alex said.

My siblings and I are pretty close . I mean Alaina and I fight a lot because she thinks whatever is mine is hers. But she's my sister and I will always be there for her. Alex is a funny kid. He's my baby brother. Lauren and I have gotten closer. It's nice to have her closer to us . Jacob is gonna come around now that I go on dates with Cameron.

After I got fat from cinnamon rolls Tasha and I went downstairs with our Starbucks. It was almost 12:30 .

"So how did your date go ?"

"It was amazing. We had so much fun."

"Was it awkward at all?"

"No not really. We made conversation and it was good."

"Did you guys kiss ?"

"Yes. "

"Did u tell your mom."

"No not yet. " "MOM COME HERE!"

"What. Are you gonna tell me about your date?"

"Yeah."

"Did you have your first kiss ?"she asked .

"Why does everyone always ask that."

"I had a feeling you wouldn't call me in just to tell me how it went ."

"Well I was just telling Tasha so I thought I would tell you."

"Well I'm happy for you. "

"Thanks mom. Now bye."

"Bye."

I looked down at my phone and I got a text. It was from Cameron.

"Tash , Cameron just texted me."

"What did he say ?"

"He asked if we wanted to hang out with him and Liam at Dave and Busters ."

"Yeah that would be fun. "

"Especially cause you like Liam. "

"Shut up."

"Cameron and I went on a date and know it's time for you and Liam. "

"Haha. When are we meeting ?"

"5." I said .
I asked my mom to make sure it was ok and it was.

*5 o clock*

We arrived and we were both kind of nervous. Cameron and I had nothing to be nervous about , but Natasha did.

"Hey Bailey ." Cameron said .
"Hey cam , hey Liam . "I said
"Hi Bailey and Natasha "Liam said.

We walked in and payed and got our game card. The first thing we did was laser tag. It was Cameron and I on the blue team and Liam and Natasha on the red team.

We purposely did that so Liam and Natasha could be together.

"I stink at laser tag so your gonna have to help me." I said.

"Ill protect you, just stay with me ,"he said.

Our team won. We played some games and hung out. We got some good and played some more games. We got done around 8:00 . We were walking out to the car when Liam stopped Natasha. We heard everything.

"Hey Natasha , I was wondering if you wanted to see a movie tomorrow ?"

"Yeah that sounds fun. I'm actually staying with Bailey while my parents are in Florida ."

"I'll text you tomorrow and let you know when I'll pick you up." Liam said .

"Hey Bailey maybe you and me can hang out." Cameron said

"Yeah maybe. I'll text you."

"Ok. Bye guys." Cam said
"Bye"we said

We got into the car and freaked out.

"I can't believe he asked you out."

"I know !"

"I told you he liked you. Now it's my turn to help you for your date."

"Oh boy" she said.
