Chapter 18 Baileys pov:

3 weeks later :

Things were going good between Cameron and I . We texted frequently and I knew he liked me. I liked him too , but I have never been on a date and I'm awkward with boys.

Natasha has been helping me on what to say. She's a great best friend and I love her. I could tell Liam liked Natasha and she kind of liked him. It's funny how best friend are crushing on best friends.

Today was Friday and I just wanted to enjoy my weekend. Junior year is a little harder then I thought, but Natasha and I work good so we get things done.

I was heading to my car when Cameron stopped me.
"Hey Bailey ."
"Hey what's up ?"
"Um look so I was wondering if you wanted to go out to dinner tonight .... like on a date ?"
I didn't know what to say. Of course I wanted to.
" yeah , I would love too. I'll text you later for details."
"Ok . See you later."
HOLY CRAP HOLY CRAP HOLY CRAP !! CAMERON JUST ASKED ME ON A DATE!!

I saw Natasha coming and I gestured her towards me.
"Your never gonna believe what just happened!!"
"Did he ask you out ?"
"Yes ! How did you know?"
"I'm just that good. And I'm your best friend so I know you. So where you going ?"
"To dinner somewhere ."
"When?"
"I don't know. I told him I would text him. I have to talk to my mom."
"Good luck . Well I have to go."
"Thanks.  Yeah me too. My sister just texted where are you.k bye. "

I got home and went to my room to pick our and outfit. Wait, first I have to tell my mom.
"Mom can you com here I yelled !"(my bedroom is downstairs along with Alaina's and Jacobs. The downstairs is right off the kitchen . Alex and my parents bedroom are upstairs .)

"What is it ."
"Shut the door ." I didn't want any of sibling listening.
"Ok. "
"Ok so this boy Cameron asked me out. He wants to go to dinner . Can I go ?"
"Yes. Is he picking you up?"
"I don't know yet . I told him I would text him later cause I had to ask you and make sure you weren't doing anything ."
"Ok.well that's fine. "My mom said while looking at me.
"Why you looking at me?"
"Cause your getting to big."
"Mom he's not my boyfriend ....yet ."
"YET! " she said while laughing. "No I mean that you have your first date."
"I'm 16 mom it's about time. "
"Haha
"Ok well I'm gonna get ready and text him."
"K baby I love you."
"Love you to mom."
I truly am blessed with the best mom ever. She's so fun and can be crazy, but don't underestimate her cause she can be mean.

I texted Cameron and told him to pick me up at 6:30. Meanwhile I face timed Natasha and asked her to help me pick out and outfit.

"So what look are you going for. Cute &girly, skimpy and sexy o-"

"Seriously Natasha , skimpy and sexy. My parents would kill me and never let me go out."

"Sorry, sometimes it looks good."

"Maybe for you ." I said. My door slowly opened .

"Hey. Mom told me you were going on a date." My sister Lauren said.

"I'll talk to you later Tash."
"K bye"

"Hey. Yeah . I kind of need help. I don't know what to wear."

"Well when I went on dates  I dressed comfy and cute."

I looked at my phone and it was 5:50. I need to hurry up.

I finally decided on an outfit. It's comfortable and perfect for the weather . Pennsylvania has some weird weather.

My makeup was natural and glowing. I have an amazing sister.

It was about 6:10 when we were done so I went upstairs and waited.

"Honey you look amazing ," my mom said .
"Well I owe it to Lauren. She helped me."
"You truly look amazing Bailey. You need to learn everything from Lauren so you can teach me when she leaves." Alaina said.
"I'll try. But no ones as good as Lauren."
My dad was at work and gets out when I have to leave. Maybe that's a good thing.
"Mom let me know when he's here, but you can't walk me to the door."
"Ok ok fine."
I texted Natasha to pass time:

M: I'm so nervous
N: you have nothing to be worried about , trust me .
M: I just don't want things awkward .
N: they won't be . You just have to talk and be yourself.
M: ok I'll try. Well I have to go. Bye Tasha I love you !
N:love you Bailey .

"Bailey I think he's here !" My mom yelled.
Here we go. Take a deep breath
