Chapter 1

My name is Felicity Johansson, 21 years old, I was born in Miami, Florida but I'm now living in New York. I attend New York University, it's my 2nd year attending. I'm majoring in education. My parents live in Washington, D.C. , My mom is a Fashion Designer, her fashion line is named "Élégant",and my dad is the coach for the NBA Washington Wizards. I also have two brothers in different states doing there own thing, sometimes we visit each other.

My bestfriend Alexa Marie Williams also attends New York University, she's majoring in Psychology to work in hospitals as a psychologist.

Alexa and I are at the airport about to board our plane because we are going to visit my parents. We are staying in Washington, D.C. for two months to enjoy Our vacation away for college. We are actually pretty excited for our trip.

(Skipping the flight)
We got out the plane, waited to get our luggage got it, then we searched for my parents.

After like 2 minutes later I saw my mom, I dropped my luggage and ran to hug my mom.
"OMG mom I missed you so much"
"So did I baby"
"Where's dad?"
"He couldn't come he has practice, but we could see him later"
"Ok then"

My mom then saw Alexa and gave her a hug.
"Well let's go home now" said my mom.
"Alright let's go, I'm starving"
"Yeah I want to take a nap I'm so tired" said Alexa
"Alright then"

We walked to the parking lot following my mom to her car. It was a dark grey Lexus, it's so nice. We put our luggage in the back, got in the car and headed home.

"So girls how's college"
"It's great"
"Awesome" I responded
"That's nice, just two more year to graduate college to get you degrees"
"Yeah I'm excited"
"Same" agrees Alexa.

Ten minutes later
"We're home"
"What a nice house you have Mrs.Johansson"
"No it's what a nice house we got, You're part of the family"
"Aww really" said Alexa with tears in her eyes.
"Yeah we love you"
"If you want,Alexa you could call me mom"

Alexa hugs me, mom, and says she loves us to.

"Are you girls hungry?
"Yes!!!" Both Alexa and I replied at the same time.
"Ok so while you guys get comfortable in your rooms I'll cook us something"
"ok" we replied.

We walked upstairs and mom walked to the kitchen. Mine & Alexa's rooms were right next to each other, I walked in my room and put my luggage on the bed. I open my suitcases and started putting my clothes and shoes in the closet, undergarments and socks in the drawer, etc. It took me 30 minutes to put all my things where they needed to go.

I took a seat on my bed, went on snapchat and posted a selfie with the caption "Washington life, or no life". Like a minute later I heard my mom yell "girls come down the food is ready".

I went downstairs,and walked to the kitchen. I saw my mom serving our food, and Alexa walked in.

"Mom do you need help with anything" I said.
"Yes please set the table for 3"
"Ok"
"Can I help to?" asked Alexa.
"Of course, I made lemonade it's in the fridge and the cheese garlic bread is in the little oven"
"Ok I'm on it"

After doing every thing we sat at the table, we gave thanks, and started eating, having small talk. My mom made us some fettuccine Alfredo, that was bomb as fuck.

"We should watch a movie"
"Hell yeah"
"Alright"
"Which one"
"Straight Outta Compton" said Alexa.
"Which ever is fine" said Mom.
"Ok it's fine by me"
"Whoop whoop"
"Ok Alexa your to exited chill" I told her laughing"
We all laughed after her reaction, and I put the movie in the Blu-ray Player. While the trailers were on I asked my mom something.

"Mom what time does dad get home from practice"
"The latest he comes back is 5 or 6"
"What time is it now"
"It's 4:15"

Time passed and it was 5:39, I heard keys in the knob know it was my dad. "Honey I'm home". He turned to the side and he saw us sitting on the couch.

"Felicity is that you" I heard my dad.
"Yes it is
He hugged me and gave me a kiss on the forehead. He saw Alexa to and gave her a hug as well.
"What time did you girls get here" asks my dad.
"Around 1 o'clock"

"Alicia did you cook anything?" asks dad.
"I did, it's in the microwave I warm it up for you "
"Ok thank you and can you please take it to my office. I have lots of basketball stuff to handle"
"Ok"
"Well goodnight girls, see you in the morning"
"Goodnight"

My dad walked away to his office and Alexa & I walked to my room. She sat on my bed and started a conversation.

"Oh girl we should go to one of your dad's games, to see the sexy basketball players"
"Girl we should"
"We could maybe hookup with one 😏"
"I was just thinking the same"
"Great minds think alike"
"I was just messing around"
"Sure you were"
"I was"

(Next Day)

Alexa still sleeping so I walked downstairs. I walked to the kitchen and saw my mom their cooking. I got an apple and started eating it.

"Good morning baby"
"Good morning mommy, mmm what smells so good
"I made breakfast"
"Thank you"
"You're welcome"
"I'll set the table while you serve the food"
"Ok"

My mom I started setting the table with a delicious breakfast. As soon as we were done I heard my dad, and about a minute later I saw Alexa.

"Good morning"
"Morning" my mom and I replied.
"Hi Lexi" I said.
"Hey girl and good morning Mr. & Mrs. Johansson"
"You could call us mom and dad" said my mom.
"Ok then mom" Lexi said.
"Alright then let's eat"
"Ok"

We ate in silence and when we were done we started conversing.

"Felicity & Alexa, I have something for you two" my dad said excitedly.
"Ok, what is it?"
"Really? great" said Alexa.
"Yeah"
"Ok what is it tell us" Alexa and I said impatiently.
"I got you both court-side tickets to my game tomorrow"
"Really Nahh you are lying"
"OMG I think I'm going to faint"
"I'm serious, here are the tickets"
"OMG thank you so much dad" we replied.

I was so happy when my dad handed me the tickets, I almost died.
I'm going to a game, I'm so happy that not even I could believe it.

"Well I gotta go to practice" said my dad.
"And I have to go to the office" said my mom.
"Alright then we'll see each other later"
"Ok then bye girls"
"Bye"

My parents left and we walked to Alexa's room.

"Alexa we have to go shopping for tomorrow"
"We so do, let's go"
"Ok then let's go to the mall"
"In our pjs"
"Oh wait let's change"
"Alright yeah, we should do that"
"We got 30 minutes to get ready"

I decided to take a quick shower, then I got dressed in some shorts, a simple black shirt, a flannel tied around my waist, and my Kashi black & white Nikes. I did 2 French braids in my hair, did my makeup, and I grabbed my phone and purse.

I walked out my room and saw that Alexa was surprisingly ready.

We left and 30 minutes later we arrived at the mall. We walked in a sports store, we got shirts that said Washington Wizards Basketball. Then we went in to Nike, I bought all black Kashi Nikes, and Alexa bought white/black nike logo Roshe Nikes. We then walked to an accessories store, I bought rings, earrings/necklaces and so did Alexa. I also bought some Ray-Bans and she bought some to. And lastly we went to buy something to eat.

I got some Subway and she got Chinese food it was delicious. After we were done we went home.

Once we got home we just chilled.

I went on twitter and took a picture of my basketball ticket. I posted it with the caption "I'm going to a Washington Wizards basketball game tomorrow.", and tagged Alexa. I started getting favorites/retweets and a comment from Alexa that said "god I can't wait, I'm so excited 🏀."

*skips rest of the day and skips tommorow morning*
