Abby's POV:
"Well I'm gonna leave now." Terry said as she left.
He was standing there breathing hard and a nervous look in his eyes.
"Hi." I say.
"Hello, Abby." He says. "So I thought we could talk about things." He said sitting down on my bed.
"Talking- Talking would be nice." I say scooting into a comfortable position.
"Well, I guess you got my presents." He said.
"Yeah."
"I stopped sending them when Clem was born."
"Oh."
"So how's your mum?"
"Never mind her. She hates me just as much as Jason does." I say playing with the blanket.
"What? Why would you say that?"
"Well, he never talks to me. He used to talk to me and be a supportive dad. I thought he was my real dad and then I was having dreams about- well, you."
"Wow."
"That was up until Max was born."
"Who's Max?"
"Oh my stepbrother. They also had a girl- Danny." I say.
"Heh. She said she never wanted to have any more kids." He looked down.
"Well I mean she told me when I was nine that Jason was my stepdad and that Max wasn't actually my brother."
"I feel so bad. I should've been there!"
"Well, my mom actually said that she didn't want you any where near me. But she said that to Jason not me."
"I proposed to her."
"What?"
"Yeah. Her and Jason were about to get married and I barged into the ceremony and said 'MARRY ME!' Heh."
"Let me guess she ran out?" I asked. He nodded.
"Jason slapped me. I was about to leave when you toddled to me an wanted me to hold you. I cried. I never saw your mom again." He looked sad.
"Well, enough about me! What about you?"
"Well I came to live here after I retired from the band. You should meet them sometime. A couple years after that I met Evie. She married me and we had Clementine."
"I looked in the attic for stuff about you. That's actually how I found you!"
He was about to say something when Evie came in.
"Oh sorry! I just wanted to tell you that dinners ready." She said before walking out.
"Do you want to join us or should I bring you and your friend food?"
"It's probably best I stay up here." I say. He nods. Terry walked in and waited for food as I told her about what my dad told me.
...
Nialls POV:"So who's up there?" My mom asks.
"Mom please stop." I whisper under my breath. I didn't want Evie to feel upset.
"Go ahead Niall. Tell her. She has a right to know!" Evie says.
When, Elle told me about Abby I never told my parents. I didn't know what to do. I was young and stupid. When they got married I left. I eventually met Evie and just never talked about her.
"Well, the girl that fainted is my- my." I was sweating. "She's my daughter." I said ashamed.
"Well, that's good for you!" She says getting up and taking her plate.
"Mom, she's fifteen and I have never told you about her." I said.
"Better late then never!" She said smiling.
I loved my mom. She would never be mad if something like this happened. She would be kinda upset. She would always think positive. Abby came down.
"Oh, sorry." She said.
"No it's fine! Come here!" I say.
"I- I." She ran back upstairs.
"She's so pretty!" Ansley says.
"Well at least we know where her looks come from!" Zoe says.
"Yeah from her mom!" My mom yells. They all started laughing.
"Well I know where I got the ugliness." I say looking at my mom. She frowned and got another glass of wine.
"Me and Niall are letting her stay here for a while. Her friend too." Evie says.
"I need to contact her mom and tell her everything's ok."
"Is that the girl you were dating for like two weeks?" Ansley asks.
"Stop." I say.
"Ooh. Haha time to sit down." Evie says.
"You ok?"
"Fine." She said.
...
"Bye!" I say to my mom.
"Bye honey!"
Abby came down. She had a stunned look on her face.
"What?"
"My moms here."
