Chapter 2

~ Delirious pov ~

I signed when Mira didn't want to hang out; well mostly I wanted her here because Ruby was here. I was getting annoyed by hearing her just talk, yeah she was that bad. I looked over at the guys who were trying to ignore her "I'll see you guys later. I need to go finish editing my video." I lied, trying to get away from her "alright." They said goodbye and I left the café. I was walking down the side walk and when I looked over at the park that was right beside me I saw a girl by herself, but when I looked closely I notice the girl was Mira. I walked over and sat down right beside her "what are you doing out here?" She didn't look at me "I needed to find somewhere to think and I ended up here." I knew there was something bothering her "Mira, what's wrong?" She looked down at her lap and sighed sadly "I have feelings for Luke." I was shocked, she was kind of late cause of Ruby "are you going to tell him?" I asked with concern. She nodded "I'm not scared to tell him. I'm use to the rejection. I just don't want to ruin our friendship. He is the one I care about."
I pouted playfully "what about me. Don't you care about the Delirious?" She giggled "I care about you too. I always have. Who wouldn't care about the one and only H20 Delirious?" She nudged me. I grinned a little "look, Mira if it does ruin you relationship with him at least he will know you have feeling for the guy. You should hurry before some else gets him." I warned. She leaned her head on my shoulder "yeah, your right. Thank you Delirious." We stayed at the park for a few more hours before it got late "come on, I'll walk you home." We got off the ground and began walking to her house.

They next couple days Mira finally decided to tell Luke. She invited him out and he agreed. She was already at the café and Luke was getting ready, but little did she know he was bringing someone; Ruby. When they showed up at the café Mira notice the girl right beside him "sorry I didn't tell you I was bringing someone. Is that okay?" He asked. Mira only nodded, but she really didn't want her here. This was between him and her; she began to panic a little "Mira this is Ruby." He introduced as they shook hands. Ruby was pretty; short red hair, bright green eyes, neon green shirt and a skirt that matched. You could spot the girl in the middle of the busiest place like New York, or something. They sat down at the table "so, what do you need to talk about?" Luke asked. She panicked more at the sudden question "um, it was nothing important; I talked to Delirious about it." She lied.
When Ruby grabbed Luke's hand and their fingers intertwined, she began to feel uncomfortable "so, did you see the new video I posted?" He asked, but she shook her head" no, but I will when I get home. I watch them all the time." She smiled sweetly. After a good hour of talking with them and feeling awkward around them while having a little snack, Mira's phone rings. She was thankful; she finally could get away from the awkwardness. She excused herself and answered, it was Evan "hey, the guys and I was wondering if you wanted to play GTA with us?" She looked back over at Luke and Ruby kissing. She was too late. Mira was hurt and she didn't have the chance to tell him. Mira agreed before hanging up and walked over to them when they pulled away "sorry, I have to leave. Evan wants me to join him on GTA." She hid the sadness "but that can wait." Luke said, with a plead look. Normally it would work, but not this time.
"No and besides it looks like you two wants some alone time." She put on her fake smile before leaving. Luke saw her through the glass window as she walked away from the cafe. Who would want to stay? Ruby was giving her looks and when she saw them kiss, she wanted to leave anyway. She wanted that to be her.

~ Luke pov ~

Well, that was weird, Mira wouldn't act that way, unless...shit. I made her feel awkward "I don't like her." Ruby said rudely. I was utterly shocked "why?" I looked at her "she just seems weird. I don't like how she looks at you." She rolled her eyes. Before I could even defend "I don't want you to hang out with her." She also looked at me "B-" "it's either her or me Luke." I sighed as we left the café. When we got to my house, Ruby sat on the couch and was talking with her friends while I headed to my room and played some games.
I was confused on why Ruby didn't like her; mostly people loved Mira. I was also confused on why I couldn't hang around her. Mostly I was concerned about Mira, I wanted to know if she was okay.
We've been friends for a long time; it's not easy just to throw that away. I definitely didn't want to throw that away. I can't tell her that we can't hang out anymore, we vlog every time we decide to; I don't have the heart to tell her that. I sighed in frustration and thought about it. I'm her best friend, she shouldn't be put a side like she was when she grew up and Ruby definitely shouldn't be like that; I mean they barely talked. I felt arms wrapped around me "why don't you spend time with me for a while." I heard Ruby say seductively "why don't you like Mira?" She groaned "Luke, I already told y-" "you just met her. You didn't even give her a chance." I was getting annoyed. She sighed and walked out of my room. I heard the front door slam shut, so I just rolled my eyes and continued playing COD.

~ Mira pov ~

I was at Delirious's house playing GTA with him and the guys. I was doing badly, really I wasn't trying "hey Mira." I heard Mini Ladd "yeah." I replied. I could hear the concern in his voice "are you alright?" I could feel Delirious starring at me "yeah, why?" I asked "you haven't said anything, and you're not killing one of us yet." He answered. I put a fake smile on my face "Guys, I'm fine." I'm not. After a couple of hours Delirious and I took a break from the game "Alright Mira, tell me what going on." Delirious demanded. I sighed sadly "I was too late, he's already with someone." I explained what happened earlier "oh, I'm sorry Mira." I put a fake smile on my face "he's happy and I was too late." He only nodded, saying he was going to get some food from the kitchen as I stayed in his room. A moment later, I heard Delirious's front door opened "hey Luke."
I could hear their conversation from here "I have a problem." I was concerned and was about to go in there "Ruby wants me to stop seeing Mira." I stopped. Delirious scoffed "Why?" Luke sighed "I don't know, she wouldn't give me a reason besides she "didn't" like her." I was hurt, I actually losing my friendship over a girl "He's happy, that's all that matters. He can't always be there right?" I sighed, not wanting to be here now. I got up and walked out of Delirious's room seeing them two standing there. I could see sadness in Luke's eyes I looked at Delirious "I'll see you later." I walked passed them both. Luke grabbed my arm to stop me "Mira, I'm sorry she's like this, I-" I stopped him "it's okay. If you're happy to be with her and she doesn't want you around me then I'm okay with it." I knew they could hear the lie leaving my lips when I said it. I quickly said my goodbyes to them before leaving Delirious's house.

~ Delirious pov ~

Luke sighed in frustration, looking over at me with plead "I don't know what to do man." I sighed, disappointed that he actually got with Ruby "Whenever you do decide, just know that one of them actually cares about you and also needs you the most." He looked down and nodded before leaving my house.
After a couple weeks, I was hanging around the guys for lunch and Ruby was with us. Mira has been avoiding us, well mostly Luke. She's doing what they wanted, what Ruby wanted. None of us liked Ruby, but we pretended too for Luke "You want to do a new video on Mortal Kombat X?" He just nodded. He hasn't said a word since his been here and I knew why.
Ruby began to change the subject some how, I just sighed in boredom "this is more fun when Mira was around." I thought to myself "hey, Mira uploaded a Q&A vlog." Mini said. I checked my phone seeing a notification that she did. It's been a while since Luke and Mira did vlog and I knew everyone was going to question her about it. I heard Ruby scoffed "who cares." I shot her a glare "at least she doesn't talk about herself like you do and unlike you, we care." I said coldly before getting up and leaving the restaurant. When I got home I got on my computer to check out her video. Few of the questions were very odd, but she answered them anyway. I couldn't help but laugh at some of the answers she gave "alright, I have one more question before I go." She said, looking over to the computer "why is CaRtOoNz not with you right now?" Sally asked" She sighed, but then put a fake smile on for her subscribers "I hate to say it, but we won't be doing any more videos together. We can't hang out because of personal problems" I could hear the sadness in her voice "but, don't get mad though and don't go asking him about it either." She said looking down from the computer before cutting off the video; she didn't bother saying by and there wasn't her normal outro music either.

~ Luke's pov ~
I know I can't hang around her, but I want to sort this out. I felt bad when I saw her video, not only that I miss her.
