I was walking around the place I was born. Whale Island. My friend Gon was now 18 and we've been friends as long as I can remember. I was wearing blue skinny jeans and a black hoodie with my hair in a messy bun.

A coupled days ago I got a text from him saying he is going to be at Whale Island for a couple months and he wants me to meet his friends.

It was a  rainy Tuesday morning when I received a call from Gon.

"Ohayo (y/n). I just got settle back at Mito-san's house." Gon said through the fun.

"Ok and Morning. I'll probably be there in about 15 minutes." I replied.

"Okay, great!! I'm so excited to see you again (y/n)!! You get to meet my friends!"

"I'm excited to see you too Gon. I can't wait to meet your friends. Cya in a bit."

"Bye!"

I hung up the phone and started walking to Mito-san's.

I knocked on the door and I could here Gon scream from in the house.

"(Y/n)!!!!!!!!" Gon yelled as he opened the door.

"Gon!!!!" I yelled back.

He tackled me in a hug and we both fell to the floor. He was hugging me so tight I was losing air.

"Ack! Gon! I can't breath!" I gasped.

"Oh sorry (y/n)!" Gon said apologetically and got up.

"Don't apologize!" I said. "I've missed you a lot."

"I missed you too." Gon hugged me again except more gentle.

"Gon is this your girlfriend?" A unfamiliar voice asked.

I turned around and saw a blond not with grey eyes. Damn he was hot. He was wearing a white shirt and black jeans. While Gon was wearing a green shirt and cargo pants.

"Oh yea! Kurapika this is (y/n)!" Gon introduced us. "And no. She is not my girlfriend. She's like a sister to me."

I smiled at him and waved. He blushed a little.

"Oh (y/n) I have to get some more friends of mine. I'll be back later tonight. Okay?" Gon said.

I frowned a little "Okay. But promise me we will get to hang out more tomorrow."

"Pinky promise." He said and walked off.

I stood there for awhile watching Gon leave before I turned to Kurapika.

"So I guess it's just me and you." Kurapika said.

"Guess so," I replied. "Here let's go to a cafe I know of around here."

We sparked a conversation and walked to the cafe.

It started to rain really hard.

"Ahh! Follow me!" Kurapika said and grabbed my hand.

I felt my face turn a shade of red as be led us under a tree that provided protection from the rain.

"Perfect." He said.

I smiled at him and looked up. At the same time he looked down and we starred at each other. He gave me a warm smile that made me melt.
