Chapter 4 - Waiting

Tatyana's P.O.V

"Where the hell have you been?" My mum shouted at me as I walked into the hallway. "I told you not to be to long, we were worried you'd got lost!"

"More importantly though, who was that boy you were with?" My dad asked.

"Look, I went out so I could call Olivia, I couldn't remember how to get back to the house, so Luke, the boy I was with helped me get back." I explained.

"Well I don't like the look of him, he looks like trouble and I don't want you hanging around with him ok?" My dad said. Ok? I thought no it was not Ok. He'd never even met Luke how would he know anything about him to just judge him like that. 

"Great", I said sarcastically "So now you don't want me to have any friends either." I stormed off towards my bedroom

"Dinner will be ready in 5 minutes", My mum shouted down the hall to me.

"I'm not hungry". I shouted back slamming the bedroom door behind me. I hate this place.

Luke's P.O.V

"Where have you been?" I heard my twin brother Jai shout as I shut the front door behind me.

"I went to get some milk from the shop" I said walking into the kitchenwhere Jai and Beau, our older brother, were eating. Our friends James and Daniel also live here with us, Beau's girlfriend Kelsey is usually here to, she's really nice, we all get on really well with her. James did have a girlfriend but they recently split up so hes been pretty upset about it. The rest of us weren't upset at all, none of liked her we just put up with her for James. She never liked any of us either though so it was a mutual hate, she always had to have everything her way though and if it wasn't the way she wanted it she'd just throw a massive fit till she got her way.

"Which shop did you go to?" Beau asked "The one in Russia?" he asked sarcastically making Jai and himself laugh. I didn't think I'd been gone that long till I looked at the clock. I must have lost track of time.

"No" I said "I just got delayed", I replied casually as I put the milk in the fridge.

"Why? What happened?" Jai asked suddenly sounding a lot more interested in what I had to say.

"I met a girl and she couldn't find her house so I helped her out and walked her home", I replied.

"oooooo" Beau said while grinning at me "Who is she?" he asked.

"Her name's Tatyana", I told them.

"Are you going to see her again?", Jai asked.

"I hope so, I gave her my number so it's up to her." I really did want to see her again though

"Luke's got a girlfriend, Luke's in love", Beau sang childishly as he skipped around the kitchen. He might be the oldest but he definetly doesn't act it. I watched him skipping around the kitchen like an idiot and laughed at him.

"She not my girlfriend", I told him.

"but do you want her to be?", he asked as he stopped skipping round the kitchen and stood right in front of me.

"I don't know" I said "maybe".  I really do like Tayana but I don't know if she likes me the same way. I guess I was just going to have to wait and see if she called. I left Beau and Jai in the kitchen and went into the living room where Daniel and James were. James was wtching tv whilst on his phone and daniel was sat next to him on the sofa also watching tv. I sat down in the chair next to the wall and took my phone out of my pocket. No new messages or calls. I hope Tatyana calls soon.
