Chapter 5 - Sisters

Tatyana's P.O.V

I lay awake in my bed it's 10:00am I've been awake since 8:00 I just don't want to get out of bed. I picked my phone up from the side of my bed and logged onto twitter. I don't have that many followers just a few hundred but I don't mind. I looked at Olivia's profile, she tweeted about an hour ago saying:

'Missing my best friend Tatyana love you xxxxx have fun in Australia'

I smiled at my phone knowing my best friend missed me. She is the best friend ever I literally don't know what I'm going to do without her here. We've been best friends for like ever. I sat up in my bed and looked around my new room. The rest of my things would be here tomorrow, maybe then it would feel a bit more like home. I got out of bed and went to my window opening up the curtains. My window looked out over the back of the house and I could see the beach aswell. There was already people on the beach, some playing games with their children, a group of women sunbathing and lots of people surfing. I watched for a few minutes and saw a young couple walking hand in hand down the beach, it reminded me of Ryan, my ex, and the way we used to walk down the street together. I need to just forget about Ryan, if he wanted to break up fine I'll find someone better for me than him, someone who's not a complete dick like him. Someone like....... Luke! Luke the boy I met yesterday he was lovely and helpful.

"shit", I siad out loud to myself as I remembered I'd completely forgot about Luke till now, I meant to text him but forgot, I'll text him now. I walked back over to my bed and sat down again picking up my phone.

'Hey Luke, thanxs for yesterday, I'd probably still be lost now if you hadn't helped me x - Tatyana'

I clicked send and sat on my bed silent for a few minutes holding my phone in my hand before I heard it beep telling me I have a new message. I looked down at my phone and smiled when i saw it was from Luke.

'Hey Tatyana I was begining to think you'd forgot about me :P No problem for yesterday happy to help. I was wondering if you wanted to meet up today and I'll show you around so hopefully you won't get lost again x'

I smiled down at my phone again and quickly replied yes and he said he'd be hear in a an hour so I started to get ready.

Luke's P.O.V

I walked into the kitchen with a smile on my face to see jai, beau and James were all already awake and eating breakfast.  

"what are you so happy about", Beau asked curious as to why I was smiling so much.  

"I've just been texting Tatyana, I'm going to see her in an hour". I replied proud that I'd asked her out.  

"nice one mate", Jai said patting me on the back.  

"Thanks I was thinking about bringing her back here if that's alright with you?" I asked them.  

"Yeah sure that fine", Beau replied.  

"Yeah but could you all just try and look half decent you know maybe put a top on or something", I said looking at beau and jai sat at the kitchen table in just their boxers.  

"Does that mean I have to aswell?", Daniel asked walking into the kitchen, like the others with only his boxers on.  

"Yes that goes for everyone", I said to them.  

"Fine", Daniel said and went to get breakfast. I also decided to get breakfast then went to get dressed ready to see Tatyana.

Tatyana's P.O.V

I had decided to wear my light blue skinny jeans, my mickey mouse top and my white trainers. By the time I'd finished getting ready and doing my hair and make-up I only had 15 minutes to wait till Luke got here so I went to get some breakfast. I walked into the kitchen, my mum and Geraldine were sat at the table I said good morning and got my breakfast sitting down next to Geraldine.

"Where do you think you're going today?", mum asked 

"Out with Luke", I replied. I'd thought about lying and just saying I was going out by myself but there was no point, he was coming here so they'd see him anyway. 

"You can take Geraldine with you then", mum said. 

"WHAT!", Geraldine and I shouted at the same time. Don't get me wrong I love my sister but I wanted to be with Luke today not her and Geraldine obviously wasn't to thrilled about the idea either. 

"Me and your mum are going out today so you can either go together or not at all", my dad said walking into the kitchen with a cup of coffee in his hand, leaning against the doorframe. This is so unfair, but if I said Geraldine couldn't go then that meant I couldn't either

"Fine we'll both go", I said still not happy about it. 

Geraldine's P.O.V 

I don't want to go out with Tatyana and Luke, they'll just be talking to eachother and I'll be sat all by myself like a loner. But I guess if I say no then that means Tatyana can't go either so I have to other wise she'll never forgive me. 

"Fine", I agreed, but believe me she will owe me for this. 

After eating our breakfast mum and dad left so it was just me and Tatyana waiting for Luke to arrive.

"He should be here in a few minutes", Tatyana said. I think she kinda likes this guy, she seems really nervous about seeing him. I mean for saying she was torn up about Ryan yesterday shes moved on pretty quick. To be honest I never really liked Ryan he wasn't the nicest of people and lets just leave it at that. I thought about asking Tatyana about Ryan but I didn't want to upset her so I just left it and sat quietly at the kitchen table while Tatyana was pacing about it the hallway waiting for Luke to knock on the door. After about another minute of Tatyana pacing about and me sitting in silence watching how nervous she was we finally heard a knock at the door and she composed herself and opened the door smiling at the boy in the doorway. 

"Hi Luke", she said giving him a hug 

"Hey, you ready to go?" he asked letting her go from the hug.

"Well actually, do you mind if my sister comes along with us, its just my parents have gone out and they want us to stay together if we're going out so that we don't get lost alone", I heard Tatyana ask him, I could hear the nerves in her voice. Who is this guy and why does he make my sister so nervous? I thought to myself. I decided to go meet him, I walked out of the kitchen and into the hallway where they were standing. 

"Of course thats ok, I'll show you both around while we're on the way back to mine", he said smiling. He looked up from talking to Tatyana and saw me. 

"Hi", he said "you must be Geraldine", he walked over to me hugging me. I hugged him back and said Hi to him. 

"You ready to go?", he asked us both.

"Just let me put my shoes on and then I'll be ready", I replied. I put my coral slip on shoes on to match my nail varnish and t-shirt I was wearing, I aso had on my high waisted denim shorts with my brown hair that came to just above my shoulder left down. I put my shoes on and we walked out the house. I locked the door behind us and we started walking to Luke's house.

Ok so my computers broke so I couldn't update at home. I'm at my dad's on his laptop now but I'm not sure when I'll be able to update again. sorry xxxx
