TOBY POV
10:00 AM
I woke up with Spencer's arms and legs around me. she's so beautiful when she's asleep. I don't want to move and wake her. I slowly turned towards her. our faces were facing each other's. her eyes fluttered open.
"morning beautiful" I said
she kissed me

"morning" she replied smiling
okay so I was just so happy that we kissed that I leaned in and we made out. she pulls away after a while.
"Toby, you saved me last night." she said with a tear running down her cheek
I wiped it and kissed her cheek
"I had to spence. I love you."
"Toby I can't thank you enough. I love you so so much." she said
I just held her in my arms for a while.
her phone was ringing and vibrating so much
"I think my phone is having a heart attack or something" she said giggling
SPENCER POV
I turned to check my phone and I have missed calls from my parents, Hanna, Emily, Aria, Paige, Ezra, Caleb, everyone ! even Melissa !
"what happened ?" Toby asked
"I just have texts and calls from everyone !" I said in an overwhelmed tone
Toby turned my phone off.
"we'll explain everything to everyone later."
"Toby, never let me go." 
"never"
we kissed and just laid there for a while.
"hm so you like to wrap your arms and legs around me I see" Toby says smirking and laughing
"hey, I felt safe for once. I didn't want that feeling to go away."
"you don't usually feel safe ?" he asks
"I never do. only when I'm with you."
he hugs me tighter and kisses my forehead
*ring*
Toby grabs his phone
"hello ?"
2 mins later
"okay, thank you. bye"
"what happened Tobes ?"
"the guy that did those sick things to you is in jail. he's done things like that to many other women. but those women are dead now." Toby said crying
"it's all my fault. I should've come with you. I should've listened" I said with tears forming in my eyes
"you're okay now, that's all that matters. he's in jail now. and I whooped his ass last night. the manager told me that when the police came to get him he had a bloody mouth cause I punched two teeth out." Toby says laugh-crying
he kisses my neck
"Toby that tickles" I say laughing
"oh does it ?"
he starts tickling me everywhere and kissing my neck
"TOOOBY ! STAHPPP" I yell laughing
he kisses my lips and goes in the bathroom to put his clothes on.
I get up to put my jeans on and he whistles.
"TOBY !" I yell
he comes closer to me, uh-oh
he starts kissing me lots
I break the kiss and button my jeans. I put my flats on and throw my hair up into a pony tail.
"let's go" Toby says
we walked hand in hand to his car
"so what are we now ?" I ask
"bed buddies ?"
"works for me" I say smirking
he laughs
his laugh is the cutest thing I've ever heard.
we got to my house about half an hour later. I opened the door and no one was there.
"where are they ?" Toby asks
"I-I don't know."
I called my parents
"hi mom"
"hey hun. how are you ? how was dinner with Toby ?"
"where are you ? and I'm okay."
"we were calling cause we had to reach you. Melissa has a new boyfriend that she's serious with and she wanted us to come last minute."
I hung up and ran to my room in tears, Toby came in seconds later.
"what's wrong baby girl ?" he asks laying next to me
can he please call me baby girl every single second of my life. God he sounds so hot when he says that.
"m-my parents are in philly. Melissa has a new bed buddy and they wanted to meet him."
"aw Spencer."
Toby always makes me feel better. he patted his thigh for me to sit on him. so I did. I sat with my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck my and my butt was on his thigh. I put my head in his shoulder and cried.
"they care about you spence. they just didn't know"
"no, everything is always about Melissa. she has a boyfriend they care. I dated Alex and they hated him. Melissa does something good they're happy. I do something good and t-they don't even care !" I yell whilst sobbing
Toby rubbed my back
"I'm calling everyone over okay baby ?"
I nodded my head
everyone got here in about fifteen minutes. they all came up to my room.
I was on top of Toby kissing him.
"uhm knock knock ?" Hanna says
"oh shit" Toby says laughing
"WE CAUGHT YOU !" Emily yells
I start laughing
"talk to us. what's wrong spence ?" Ezra asks
"I can explain if you want me to" Toby asks me
"no, you only got there when I was blacked out. you didn't see it all." I said crying
*explains every detail*
Paige hugs me
"spence I'm so so so sorry that happened to you" she says
"you're strong spence. you know that right ?" Caleb says hugging me
"thanks guys" I say with more tears streaming out of my eyes
Hanna Emily and Aria hug me at the same time
"we love you spence. stay strong." Hanna says hugging me
"Toby you literally saved her. she could've died. thank you so much for that." Emily says
everyone hugs Toby.
then they all jump on my bed and hug Toby and I.
we were all laughing and having a good time till...
