Once I stepped inside the room the first thing I noticed was the figures written all over the walls in black ink and the table in the middle of the room, it was broken on one side leaving sharp pieces of wood all over the black tiles.
Not far from the broken table there lay a paper placemat on the floor. It was soaked in water and some red liquid which, I noticed, was everywhere, on the walls, the floor as well as the broken table. Only when I stepped on it did I notice that it was blood.
On top of the paper placemat there were sticks broken in half with chunks of what looked like flesh, also soaked in blood, a glass was tipped over the placemat which was the cause of it being soaked in water.
Around the placemat there were three glasses arranged in a triangle form. Each glass was a different size with different liquids in each.
The biggest glass on the right side of the placemat was filled with thick white liquid halfway up. The glass on the opposite side was slightly smaller that had black ink, only a few millimeters from the bottom. The last glass which completed the triangle shape, the smallest, was filled to the very brim, almost spilling over, with blood.
The lights in the middle of the room on the ceiling was starting to flicker until it completely shut off. The hallway light which I could see through the doorway from where I entered the room turned on, which was previously shut off.
As I walked towards the doorway to see what was going on, the hallway light flickered off for a split second and now standing in the hall right in front of the doorway was a man whose body I could not see since it was pure black and blended with his shadow.
All I could see was his head. His black hair, which was until the nape of his neck, was soaked with blood and was dripping of it. His face was a pale olive color and the most frightening feature of his face was his eyes.
He didn't have any.
SOO. HOW WAS IT?? WAS IT OKAY?? So as I said in the previous author note, i discontinued the original nightmares story since I saw it wasn't going anywhere AT ALL. And this is the first short story that I have written. The next separate short story will be added when I feel like it (｡-_-｡) sorry xD ANYWAY. THAT WAS ALL THANKS FOR READING!!
