Little girl. It was a little girl, the voice so young and innocent. Who in their right mind would kidnap a little girl? Like seriously? Are you fucking stupid?

"What's your name, sweetie?" I whisper, as I crawl closer to her so I could keep her warm since it was very cold down here. But, of course it would be. I mean, it's a basement.

"Jayden. Do you know where my mommy is?" She asked with a very upset voice that made me die a little on the inside. I shake my head even though she couldn't see it.

"Honey, I don't know your mommy, but if I did I would send you home where you would be nice and safe." I say as I rapped my arms around her fragile body.

I was really considering calling Zayn so he could come get us so I could get this poor little girl home even though I didn't know her or her mother.

"Some mean man grabbed me by my arm and took me from my mommy." She whinned. Here I am, locked in a basement with a little girl that was kidnapped by my monster of a father.

"I know, honey. I know. He's my father." I say as I kiss what I assume is her forehead. I stand up then look around the basement, well, what I could see, for something I could make a bed out of for Jayden and I. I grabbed a cardboard box and flattened it so we could lay on it. I go back to look for something that could keep us warm. I spot a towel on top of a tool box, white, or used to be anyway, and oil all over it. Oh well, I'll make due with it. I walk over to our box (bed) and call Jaydens name so she would lay down and rest as well as she could.

"Jay, come lay down, sweetie." I quietly say. I hear her knees bang on the floor and she crawled over to me. She lays down and I cover her up with the oil towel which made her complain about the smell. "This blanket stinks." She whined.

I already had a headache and her whining didn't help me any. "Deal with it and go to sleep." I say, trying to make my voice as nice as possible. I sigh then pull my phone out and go through my contacts until I find Zayn. I call him and he picks up right away.

"Adriana?" He questioned.

I smile because I was so glad to hear his voice.

"Yeah, it's me. I need you to come pick me up from my father's neighbors house. I have a little girl with me and she might need some medical help." I warn.

"Okay baby, I'm coming. Try getting out of the house and meet me on the road. I'll see you once I get closer." I nod even though nobody could see it.

"Alright, I love you." I promised.

"I love you too, baby. See you soon." He says before I hang up. I put my phone back in my back pocket and then I pick Jayden up and look for a window.

Damn. No window. Stupid basement.

I walk quietly up the stairs and meet my worst nightmare. My. Dad. I run as fast as I could because Jayden made it a little hard for me.

I find the house door shortly after I saw my father.

God, this is my worst nightmare and I'm not kidding. I mean seriously? It's fucking raining... scratch that, pouring. Jayden complains about that too and I flipped. "I'm getting wet!" She winned.

"Jayden! Be quiet!" I bark. "I'm getting wet too but we have no choice but to be out here. My boyfriend is coming for us then we'll find your mommy." I promised. I have no idea how I'll find her mother. It's gonna be nearly impossible for me but I'll save her because she's the one that deserves it.

I didn't hear my father or his car so I start walking. I'm kind of glad it's pouring because it'll make it harder for my father to find us so quickly.
