This must be a dream.

I mean, this can't be real.

Here I am sitting in my high school nurse's office waiting for my mom and listening- okay eavesdropping on the nurse and Jace's conversation.

"like I said Mrs. O'dea, she can't remember any of us." well at this point Jace was being hysterical.

I couldn't blame him necessarily. Considering I was freaking out too.

After that whole ordeal on the stage I was a bit stunned. I mean it's not everyday you get run over by a car on your wedding day and wake up in your 15 year old body. Not to mention trying to remember everything that happened back then.

When Jace had finally gotten over the initial shock of my, I guess very temporary case of amnesia( well I still have a bit of that), he started yelling at the other people in the room and giving them orders. At one point I finally recognized that girl, Mabel, it took me a while though. She just looked so...young, completely different from the modern Mabel.

Lifting me up off the floor Jace looked down at me from his height of 5'11". I assumed he decided I wasn't well enough to walk so he picked me up bridal style.

This felt.....vaguely familiar. But I still couldn't remember this Jace.

Carrying me bridal style he walked the short distance to the nurses office in brooding silence. Well not complete silence, I kept asking questions.

"who are you?"

"is this the high school. Why the hell I'm I back in high school."

" hey James, or whatever your name is? Oh wait, Jace! Hey, answer me!"

" for the love of god please answer me.

" what year is it? How old am I? Please tell me I'm not 15 again. Wait, actually that'd be pretty cool. No wait, that's kinda freaky."

"oi!"

And with that he dropped me off on the nurse's table, closed the door and began talking to her in hysterics. He first explained to her of my "stunned face and then collapsed" episode. Then he went on about me not knowing him and other students, and even started mentioning my questions from our hallway adventure.

At that point she called the ambulance. And thats where I had jumped in.

" ummm, ma'am?" I squeked from the cracked door.

" oh yes, lace?" she answered me in a sweet old lady voice.

" I'm very sorry but can you not call an ambulance? I'm aware of the cost of an ambulance trip, and they are very pricy and my insurance doesn't cover that nor do i have the money."

To this I got a very remarkable look from the two. I mean if I was correct and i was in my 15 year old body then my mother and I were still not as wealthy as I am now. Or in the future. Jeez, that's confusing.

" just ask me normal questions and I'll try my best to answer them. I promise I'll go to the hospital after school."

She glanced at Jace and gave me a curt nod. Sitting me down she started he series of questions with the strange boy leaning up against the beige walls.

"please, state your whole name."

"Lacetta Blair Belikov."

"age?"

At this point I decided to lie. I mean I didn't want to seem mental.

"15"

"Year"

"2012"

"date?"

" no clue. But I know we have school"

"address?"

"1456 Kansas drive."

Turning to the boy she gave him the okay and let me go. Well hooray for lying. But not really, lying is bad.

Walking me out of the nurse's office we started walking back to the stage, I still had many questions in my mind but knew it was better to keep my mouth shut. That is, until we rounded the corner and Jace pushed me against the wall. Okay not push, it was more like steering me against the wall. Gently.

" okay Lace, we both know you lied back their. So tell me what's the problem."

Oh where do I begin. Or frankly, should I begin?
