You stared ahead at the prize that lay in front you just a few feet away. Taking a quick glance behind you to make sure he wasn't home yet you crept forward. Finally getting your hands on what you wanted you grinned and began checking the drawers to look for a fork. As soon as you found one you sprinted out of the kitchen up to your room. You closed the door behind you and brushed your hair out of your face.
You sat down cross legged on your bed, still grinning at what you held in your hands. Finally you'd gotten it. Dean's pie. And damn did it taste good. You closed your eyes and savored the sweet cinnamon taste.
"Isn't that Dean's pie?" You heard a voice causing you to jump and drop your fork and nearly choke on the bite you had in your mouth.
"Damn it Cas!" You exclaimed once you'd swallowed what you had. "Stop doing that, you're gonna give me a heart attack one day!"
The angel looked down and shuffled his feet. "Sorry Y/N, I didn't mean to startle you. But I do think Dean will be upset once he finds out his last piece of pie is gone."
You looked up at the angel and giggled at his awkwardness, but then shrugged at his statement before eating another bite of the delicious pie.
"It's so worth it though!" You said, finishing what you had in your mouth. "And besides, I can just run out and get another slice before he gets home."
You knew that Sam and Dean were both out right now, you all finally had some free time since no hunts were going on. Suddenly you heard something that made your stomach drop. The sound of car doors slamming shut.
"Oh shit!" You scrambled to get up, almost crashing into the angel in the process. Quickly you ran down the hall to greet the boys. You got there in time to see them walking in. Dean shrugged off his leather jacket and you couldn't help but stare. His eyes met yours and he winked in your direction.
You knew it would happen eventually, but you'd developed a crush on the older Winchester.
Sam looked over at you and smiled, "Hey Y/N."
"Heya." You greeted him with a hug and Dean stifled his laughter as he lightly pushed past you two.
"I'm hungry," Dean said to no one in particular, "I might have that last slice of pie."
Upon hearing that you broke away from Sam and practically ran to the kitchen. You watched as his eyes narrowed and brow knitted in confusion as he looked at where he'd left the slice of pie. He checked around the kitchen before making eye contact with you.
Without breaking the contact he called out, "Sammy? Did you eat my last piece of pie."
You heard the younger Winchester respond, "No! Why would I do that."
You began to creep backwards out of the kitchen and suddenly you saw a smirk form on Dean's lips. That was enough for you to break into a run towards your room.
You heard footsteps and knew Dean wasn't far behind behind you. You got to your room and saw that Castiel bad vanished once more. You tried to close the door but a strong arm stopped it. Dean pushed it open and as soon as he got in he wasted no time in pinning you again the wall, holding your wrists by your head.
You gave him a nervous smile, "It was good in case you were wondering." You suggested.
The hunter leaned his head close to yours, his lips brushing very lightly against your own and your breath caught in your throat. When you though he was going to kiss you, he moved to whisper in your ear.
"Was it really worth it though?"
He pulled back, watching the crimson color spread across your cheeks. You have a small almost unnoticeable sigh and quietly asked, "So you're not mad?"
He chuckled and it sounded like music to your ears.
"Of course not. But I do expect something in return." He responded.
Your eyes widened as he leaned down to you once again. You lifted your head and your lips gently met. Your eyes closed and you felt Dean's grip on your wrists loosen, so you slipped from his grasp and placed your own hands on his shoulders. His hands came to trail down your side before finally resting on your waist.
After another moment he pulled back and your eyes fluttered open to look him in his own green ones. The corners of your lips tilted upwards and you rest your head on his chest as you felt him pull you closer.
"I'll have to steal your pie more often." You said, smiling contently as you listened to his heartbeat. His chest rumbled with laughter.
"We'll see about that. I might expect more from you if you do it again." He whispered, causing another blush to cross your cheeks, you didn't say anything more, but you nodded.
Definitely going to do that again sometime.
