West's POV

I move my head in circles, just taking it all in. Looking up, then swinging my head down, and moving my neck to the right, and then to the left; searching for an answer. For why the walls are different sizes and continuously change heights and widths and lengths. And why I swear I've never seen this color before. It's like a dark color, buts it's also bold and it pops. I can't explain it though, it's nothing like any of the colors humanity has already seen.

Something moves to the left over by a statue of what looks like an upside down waterfall... I turn around and start walking backwards, trying to see whatever had caught my eye, when I run into one of the creatures I had been following, knocking both of us over.

"Oh!! Oh! Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry!", I say as I start throwing out rapid apologies, not realizing they probably don't understand what I'm saying.

I stand up as the creature that I knocked over still lays there, not saying a word, and I notice that the others are standing still. Now the surroundings are different than they were a minute ago... How did I not notice??? I take it all in and see that everything is a dark expanse of dull reds and blues, with a sprinkling of stars. 'Are we outside now??? Where are we??', I wonder as I fidget becoming uncomfortable with not knowing my whereabouts.... Or Spencer's.

I stand there for about two minutes, but I honestly don't know how long it was; or if time passes the same in the place we're in. And since nobody has moved, I started walking around. Nothing seemed to change, and my only reference point to tell I was actually moving were the creatures; still in the same positions, just now a little bit smaller and farther away.

I kept walking... Just thinking that I had no idea if I would ever get out and if I did how long it would take. I turned around to see that the winged-rabbit like creatures had disappeared. 'Wow. I must have been walking for a while', I realize, and then continue to walk hoping to find another door or something...

Spencer's POV

It's been hours now and I'm still in-between the walls. Thankfully, the space has gotten larger over time and I no longer have to walk sideways, but it still has taken longer than expected. 'Well, I took that risk when I went in here', I thought to myself, as I ironically realized the space was quickly getting larger and larger, and I was about to be out of the walls.

I run towards the opening at full speed, my arms swinging at my side and my hair flowing back. "The opening doesn't seem to be getting any closer..... Am I even runni-" and just when I realize something is wrong, I run face first into a wall and fall backwards on the concrete.

I lay there for a second, and then take my time getting up from the blow. The dark green bricks mock me, "Oh, yeah right. Like you were going to get out of here that easy.", they taunt. I don't know where my imagination starts and reality ends anymore. I turn around to go back, scolding myself for not thinking more carefully about how this might've went; when my nose brushes up against another wall.

I turn in a circle and realize I'm surrounded tightly by walls. I gape at the change of environment, rage building up inside of me. "WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS, HOW AM I GOING TO GET OUT?!!??!", I can practically feel the steam coming off of me.

I take deep breaths trying to calm down, 'Thank the lord, I'm not claustrophobic... I'll get out of here somehow. I know I will. Whatever is making this happen is trying to get inside my head, and I can't let them do that. I won't... I-I... I just have to look at this at a different angle!"

I press my hands on the walls, seeing if any of the bricks were movable. No luck. I didn't expect any. I look down at the floor and try to see if there's a trap door somewhere, still unsuccessful. I sit down and try to stay positive, but there aren't many ways to look for escape in a room like this. I look up to the ceiling and wonder why this happened in the first place, if I'll ever get out of here, if West is okay...... 'Oh, gosh. I really hope West is okay". I think about the old conversations we've had and laugh; and how I can't even remember what clothes she's wearing, that's how long I've gotten to see her before this happened...

As I'm thinking about West, I get the sudden urge to jump out of my slump and do something about the situation I'm in. I grab onto the cracks in the bricks, and before I know what I'm doing, I'm halfway up the wall. The ceiling is actually pretty high up compared to how close the walls are to each other. 'I THINK I SEE A HANDLE', I shout in my head as my hands ache from digging in crevices and my arms fly up one after another, the grey ceiling getting closer and closer.

I get up to the top and tell myself not to look down, but of course I do anyway. I'm about 15 feet in the air, but that's just guessing; I actually have no idea. I quickly look back up, pushing all thoughts out of my mind, not allowing my fears to get in my way. I see the handle on the ceiling at about arms length, I feel like I shouldn't reach for it... 'Oh well', I shrug. I grab the black skinny handle on the ceiling, and then my feet lose grip. I scream as the door flies open swinging me against the wall.

"OH MY GOD, I THOUGHT IT OPENED THE OTHER WAY", I yell in frustration. I grunt and, determined, pulled myself up through the ceiling; which wasn't too hard, I work out, except my shoulder feels like shit from hitting the wall, so it was a little tough.

I managed, though, but I fell on my face. I sat up and had dirt all over me. "Wait... Am I in the woods again?!!", I jump up see the trees and the blue sky. I have no clue where I am, I don't see the big tree I fell into, but I'm so glad to be back. I sprint to the nearest tree and hug it tight, getting a splinter; but I ignore it, just squeezing my eyes shut and smiling....
