Chapter 14

Kians POV
(2 months later)
It's been 2 months since I've seen Haley apparently she is living with Madison and she jus started a YouTube channel and she's blowing up with a lot of social media and apparently she's in beauty con which is awesome and I really miss her, her senior year is starting in about 4 weeks so I decided I'd meet her on the first day of school for a little surprise.

Haley's POV
I haven't seen Kian in 2 months and today is my first day of my senior year in a new school I blocked everybody I used to know besides Jack G and Madison cause I didn't want to contact any of them just in case they'd ask questions and few things have happened when I left I died my hair a purplish blueish color and pierced my lip Madison is a little worried about me but I'm not thinking much of it, "Haley lets go I'm gonna be late" Madison said through my door oh yea and also I basically moved into her house and I got my own room there, I walked downstairs and I hugged Tracie and she handed me a letter with a sad face to the opened letter I looked at her very confused, I held onto it tight cause I already knew what it would be about... my mom, I haven't talked to her since the last time I saw Kian, I walked outside to Madison's black Range Rover  she honked the horn twice "let's go" she yelled out her window I ran to the car and put the letter on my lap as I buckled "what's that" she asked pointing to letter that was burning a hole in my lap, I looked at her with sad eyes "oh my gosh Haley" she said covering her mouth "I don't know for sure yet" I said looking at the letter on my lap "well I really hope it's not" she said as she put the key in the ignition "yea me to" I said looking at the letter as we drove to school. A few minutes past and we parked in the school parking lot, I got out of the car and saw Kian and Sam Pottorff and Dylan and Connor and Ricky sitting on the bench with flowers "Madison is there some possible way I could go a different way to get into the school" I whined "nope you have to face them sooner or later" she said linking arms with me, we walked past ten and they all did a double take "Haley" Kian said sorta questioning it I stopped and sighed "yup" I said looking down "wow you look great" he said "thanks" I said making eye contact but soon shooting my eyes to see Dylan looking at me in awe "what" I asked him "nothing" he said clenching his jaw and looking down I rolled my eyes "um Kian wanted to surprise you on your first day to a new school" Sam said coming up from behind Kian "well thanks but I didn't need you to I'm fine on my own" I said trying to act tough "Haley did you hear" Kian said looking down on the flowers "no an I don't want to, I'm sorry I have to go but thanks for coming" I said waving "bye Kian" I said walking away, as I made my way to my first period class a lot of kids looked at me like I was crazy and then this boy eyed me as I walked to geometry, as I took my seat I opened my binder and saw the letter, I shook it off and looked up and saw that boy that was in the hallway he sat right next to me and wouldn't so looking at me, he had nice blue eyes he was tanish and he had dark shaggy hair and he was wearing khakis and a red flannel and black vans he looked as if he were a senior, class started and I glanced the boys way and he stopped staring I smiled to myself and wrote the stuff down that was on the board, I went to all my classes and that boy was in all of them and I all of a sudden the bell rang indicating that school was over I grabbed my books for history and put them in my back pack when I looked up the boy was waiting at my desk "can I help you" I asked "I'm Mason" he said picking my backpack up for me "oh um thanks I'm Haley" I smiled "I know" he said "oh" I laughed "I like your laugh" he said I giggled alittle "thanks" I smiled blushing alittle bit we walked out of class and neither one of us talked, a few minutes passed and Maison pulled up with her car "well Mason it's nice to meet you" I smiled "you to" he smiled with his perfect teeth I smiled again as took my backpack and walked to Madison's car I got in and Madison smiled "who is that cutie" she asked "Mason" I smiled "one day at the school and you already have guys after you" she smiled I laughed and buckled up and soon that smile faded as I remembered the letter burning a hole in my backpack begging me to read it, but I didn't want to face the reality of what that letter would be saying.
