A/N: Okay so I hope people won't be affected when I make this story about a cross over with Mako Mermaids. Sounds lame but I can make it awesome lol. Give this story a chance. Oh and this story is set in season 4 but at mission creak high and their secret isn't out and Krane might still be a villain, Thought he was one the best villains. I want to make a series of this book and I'll see how this work out. If people want to read then I'll continue but if not, then I'll put this book on hold. Picture is Sophia!!

Sophia Pov

I groaned as I pulled myself from my bed, how can humans stand sleeping in beds? I would rather sleep in the moon pool.

Before I continue, I'll introduce myself, Im Sophia Norwood, Im a mermaid, and I got ban from my pod, apparently I'm too "Dangerous" for them, and by them I mean a pod of 50 mermaids or more. When I touch water I turn into a mermaid and we all have our unique powers, I have more than others even though I'm not sure why. I'm from the North pod, the most powerful out there. Honestly mermaids don't have last names, we all are given a name by our mother when we're born and then they leave, leaving us in the ocean to fulfill our destiny.

I had to make a last name because today I'm enrolling at Mission Creak High, I'm not excited for the human's I'll meet, honestly how can they eat anything else other than fish? and don't even get me started about how they have legs, which to my disappointment I had to get, thanks to the power of my moon ring, allowing me to do anything I prefer.

I walked out of the bathroom and walked out to see an overview of my room, on the far right corner I saw my replica of the moon pool that's connected to the ocean outside my house. I decided to dress in a floral romper showing off my tanned body and some sandals, I styled my blonde curly hair and it flowed down to my waist.

I took a look at the clock and my eyes opened wide seeing I was late. I ran to my car and drove off to school. I walked inside the school taking a huge sigh before I entered.

I walked all the way to my locker and I looked past the locker door and saw 3 guys and 1 girl talking about something looking rushed. I had a feeling about these 4.... I walked away before I took one more glance at them, the girl caught me looking at them before nudging the guys to look over this way. I looked at them up and down before walking away with a smug look on my face.

"Hey!" A girl came running after me and I turned and I didn't even bother smiling at her.

"Yea?" I said somewhat annoyed. She gave me a confused look before introducing herself to me.

"Im Bree, and I saw you looking at me and my brothers, do you need help?" She asked nicely.

"I'm Sophia, and no it's fine" I replied breaking out a somewhat smile. She nodded her head before a scrawny and tall kid walked up to Bree and I.

"Bree! Where did you go?" He said before noticing me looking at them.

"Leo! Go away before you scare away this girl!" Bree said annoyed, I looked at them in amusement and smiled slightly, I could tell this Leo kid likes to scare away girls, or at least make them run away, I don't think a guy would like to make the girls run away.

"Bree! Its fine, Im Sophia!" I told Leo, usually I'm not nice to people but I cant look like a loser at school so I need to make friends.

"Ha!" Leo yelled in Bree's face making me jump a little, "I didn't scare her away!" he said proudly, Bree rolled her eyes at him. I saw the other 2 guys walk up to us, one was super tall and looked strong, and the other was somewhat tall, and had a nerdy vibe to him, but he looked cute, I grimaced at myself, Ugh I can't say that about a land boy.
