Mickey POV
Locke and Lily refusing to let go made my arms go back to normal, their got shorter, less fury and such.
" Mickey? Are you okay? " Locke asked.
" No, Ḯ'm better than okay. I'm great. " I answered.
I hugged them both, I gave them a long hug, and during it I felt everything going back to normal. I let go of them a little and smiled.
" Thank you kids. "
They both looked at me.
" Mickey, you look like yourself again. " The both said.
I started laughing.
" See, I told you you did the impossible. " I said. " Let's go find your fathers and get back home. "
Link's POV
I didn't know was I was running, it felt like I needed to escape everything. I saw Rhett running exactlly like me a few feet away.
" Hey Rhett! " I shouted.
Rhett slowed down and walked towards me.
" Link? You look just like normal. " He said.
" Good. So do you. " I answered.
" Have you seen Mickey? "
" No, what about Locke and Lily? "
" Hopefully they walked back home. "
I heard giggling from behind.
" Rhett! Link! " Someone shouted. That someone was Mickey, was she okay? Had she turned back too? Lily and Lincoln was next to her, smiling.
They started running towards us and shouted " Dad! Dad! "
Both me and Rhett hugged our children. Mickey stood on the side, looking down at her feet.
" Mickey, are you okay? " I asked.
Mickey looked up at me.
" Don't worry about me Link, I'm fine. " She said.
Lily looked at her, then at me. She looked at little worried, and stood up on her toes and whispered in my ear.
" Mickey said we did something impossible, me and Locke did something impossible. "
I looked at her, and then at Mickey. Mickey was still just looking at her feet, smiling but looking sad at the same time. I felt somewhat guilty, put my arm around her.
" Mickey, you sure you're okay? " I said.
Mickey didn't look at me, she just kept looking down at her feet.
" Come on everybody, we should really get back home. I think your mothers are worried like crazy. " Rhett said and looked towards Locke and Lily...
