North Dakota- Bleeding out
Cassandra Kendall- Operating on North
Leroy Jenkins- Averting his eyes
Vermont- fighting for his life
Washington- Same.
Arizona- Being epic...
Gold- deciding to help the Deltas.
Silver- Eeevil. Is that it? Good. Back to the narrative. I suck at updating. Blame North.
Kendall applied a bandage to North's wound and stood. ''Well, it's all up in the air now. If i did it correctly, he should wake up soon.''
Jenkins nodded. Good work. So, how long will this take?''
North shot upright, gasping for air.
''That long.''
North tried to stand. ''What happened?''
''You were stabbed by your own Arkblade, but the author beyond the fourth wall saved you because I had some deus ex machina nanobots.''
Jenkins gave Kendall a confused look, and said ''er... something like that.''
Beyond the fourth wall, the author facepalms.
North succeeds at standing. ''I need to go... my friends... they need me.''
Jenkins facepalms. ''North. You were stabbed through the chest with an Arkblade. You can't run, and even if you could, how would you find them?''
North looks over the edge of the cliff they were on. ''I just did.''
''WHAT?!?!''

Vermont tensely continued firing his rifle. Somehow, the enemies kept coming! He threw a forceful punch at an enemy in red and black armor, then ran over to Washington and Arizona. ''We need to retreat; we can't do this on our own!''
The very moment he said that, Gold entered the battle. He drew a combat knife and made his way through the chaos shanking enemies until he reached the Deltas. ''Relax, I'm defecting!'' He shouted to Arizona, who was about to behead Gold.
Vermont looked suspiciously at Gold, but continued, fighting alongside Gold.
The hours went on, leaving scores of enemies lying dying on the ground. Much blood was shed, but it still continued. Our heroes were engulfed, surrounded by hordes of armored foes trying to incapacitate them. Once Gold had arrived, things had actually gotten worse somehow, and the enemies kept coming. Our heroes felt they could not stand against them- then three rockets flew down from the cliff into the midst of the enemies. Three armored units slid down the cliff face, switching to their primary weapons. North, for his part, switched to his sniper rifle, and slid down shooting the enemies, who fell swiftly before the rifle's might. Kendall took her Battle Rifle off of her back, and fired three-round-bursts into the crowd. Jenkins hit the ground running, sweeping the area with his Assault Rifle. Vermont and company were more than shocked that they were alive, and later in life, they would have many a laugh about how often North cheated death. But, as for now, we return to our heroes, whom have defeated the enemies, while meanwhile, Kappa sacrifices himself to stop a satellite from nuking our heroes. He was not the only casualty, and many families mourned those whose lives were lost in the First Great Chorus War.Next Week- The conclusion to The Delta Chronicles Trilogy!
