Mermaids

Chapter 6

About twenty minutes later, the Human came back into the room. Immediately, he came and picked me up and carried me to another room. Once I got there, I looked around and saw Alex.

He was on the other side of the room and there was another Human with him. Alex was leaning over the floor, coughing up lots of blood. His face was bruised from being punched a lot. 

Suddenly, the Human kicked him in his stomach and made him roll over onto his back. "Where did you find that Mermaid!" the Human yelled at him. "I can't tell you." he told the Human, his voice full of pain. Immediately, the Human got mad and stomped on Alex's knee where he had been shot. As soon as, the Human did that, Alex yelled out in pain.

So then, the Human that was holding me, purposely dropped me onto the ground. Immediately, Alex looked up at the Human next to me. "Don't hurt her." he said, his voice weak. "Please." "Shut up!" the Human next to him shouted at him.

Curious, I started looking around trying to find my necklace. Then, I saw it on a table.

Immediately, I cast a Depulsio to make the necklace move to me. When it got to me, I quickly grabbed it and put it on. As soon as I put it on, my tail transformed into legs. Immediately, I stood up and ran to the other side of the other side of the room away from the Humans.

"So that's what that necklace does." the Human that had stood next to me said.

Suddenly, I cast another Depulsio and made one of their guns move toward me. Immediately, I grabbed the gun and aimed it at them. "Let us go." I told the Humans. The Humans looked at eachother, and then back at me. "Fine, you both can go." the Human that had stood next to me said.

So then, the Humans went to another room. Immediately, I dropped the gun and ran to Alex. Then, I helped him up and then we went to the beach. 

When we got to the beach, we swam out into the ocean. So then, I took off my necklace and gave it to Alex. "Put this on." I told him. Taking the necklace, he put it on. As soon as, he put it on, his legs transformed into a tail. His tail, eyes, and hair turned dark blue.

After that, we started swimming to my castle. As we were swimming, another shark started chasing us.
