I walked out of the train on my last stop going towards the direction of the office.

After the little incident I literally texted my best friend every single detail of the little encounter.

What can I say? He loves romance.

Finally arriving to the office with no time to spare I ran into the meeting room yelling "I'm here, I'm here!" frantically waving my arms before I sat in the last empty chair.

"So where did you guys leave off?" I ask nervously twitching my fingers.

"You see, with all do respect sir this is why I personally believe Modern Looks is better than Forever Chic! The manager of the company was late to her own meeting!" A sexy deep voice says from the chair to the right of me.

I quickly whirl my head at the voice to be met with the beautiful eyes of the head designer and manager of Modern Looks, Travis Mitchell.

"Ok first of all, I'm not the manager- Yet. Secondly, the real manager is currently in London making more money than your company will ever see." I snap irritated.

He let out a laugh as a response. "Sweetheart, by the time we release our newest outfit Forever Chic won't even begin to compare to what Modern Looks has to offer. That was pretty cute what you did there however, thinking you could intimidate me like that. Feisty, very nice."

I shot him my middle finger causing him to laugh. I began to glare at him, becoming angry once I realized he wasn't upset very easily.

He pouted after he noticed the glare I wore on my face. "Don't do that to your face love, you never know when someone could be falling in love with your smile."

"Oh yeah?" I say placing my elbows on the table before I whispered to him the rest. "I would much rather you fall in love with my fist because when I'm done with you it'll be so far up your ass-"

"Adrianna! So nice of you to finally join us for the meeting, I received word from Diana that you would be joining us today in her place. Care to sit back for the presentation?" The messenger Darla said to me in a tone that left no room for arguing.

See, there was a director that overlooked both of the fashion companies in this county. That was Forever Chic, and Modern Looks. However she only actually visited for serious matters, such as presentations for new clothing and such. Other times she sent a messenger. Who was as intimidating as the Head Director herself.

"He started it." I mumbled sitting back in my seat crossing my arms over my chest.

"So what if I did, we're not in kindergarten love, we both are 24-"

"I'm 23 you asshole."

"And you turn 24 when?" He said with a smug look on his face.

"A month." I mumbled defeatedly.

"I rest my case." He sighed folding his hands.

"Oh great you should be a lawyer." I retorted, silently wondering how he knew when my birthday was.

"Do you think you could shut that pretty little mouth of yours for just a few minutes? Hours perhaps?" He said irritated.

"Awww you think my mouth is pretty? Okay, I'll shut my mouth when you grow something -"

"ENOUGH!!" The messenger shouted. "ONE MORE WORD FROM EITHER OF YOU AND YOU BOTH GET REMOVED FROM THE PRESENTATION. DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR?"

"Yes mother." Travis and I scoffed in unison.
