Manik held his collar: Shut up abhi.. main usse kuch nahi hone dunga.. sunna tumne..
He left his collar.
Abhi: Tumhe main nai jane dunga nandini ke pas.
Then they heard someone's Voice
Voice; Abhi usse jaane do.
All turned back to see who was it.
Abhi: Anji Di how can he go.. he is the one who lead Nandini to come here and..
Anjali: Abhi he loves her.. and she too..
Mukti: But Anji di..
Anjali: Manik go.. i trust you.
This was it, Anjali when said she trust him, it was like he has got a chance to live his life and help his life, love, world to bring back and apologize for not trusting her, whom his heart loved sooo much.
Anjali gestured everyone to calm down and let Manik go in.
Manik went inside, doctors asked him to wait outside but Cabir came and orderes him(doctor) not to ask manik to leave, instead continue with your surgery he will make it possible to make her response on their treatment.
Doctor: I am sorry we can't..
After 2-3 requests Doctors agreed and cabir went outside closing the door,Manik saw his life lying on death bed, only he is the one who can bring her back, doctors continued their surgery.
FAB4 Abhi Navya and Anjali were watching all this from a transperant glass door. They can't hear anything but they can see pain in his eyes, and her also.
Manik sadly crying: Main bahut bura hun na nandini.. kabhi tumhari nai sunta..
Doctors were tensed that why he talking to a body, body which is not even responding. they chuckled and continued.
Manik also continued: tumhe pata hai na main tumhate bagair nai jee sakta.. please respond to your surgery please.. for me.. (he went towards her bed held her hand and said all this)
Suddenly she shrieked, moved her fingers, Doctors were surprised like it was a miracle, only on a touch of this guy she is responding.
One of the senior doctor: Man please continue she is responding..
All outside were also surprises seeing their love, they were not the love birds but a soul, who cannot breath if one of them is not breathing. Manik's happiness knew no boundaries, he was happy that she is responding on his voice, like she really love him..
Manik started singing

The surgery was successfully done with her equal response as they wanted. They finished their surgery and left, leaving manik there only.
There they informed others that because of Manik the surgery was successful and they haven't seen this miracle where a patient is responding on the song sang by someone on which Cabir said
Cabir: Kaise nai karti, aakhir uska manik gaa raha tha.. usse to karna hi tha..
Doc: I must say.. i haven't this intensity of love.. May god bless them.
Saying this he left.
Manik was still there in ICCU infront of her.
Manik still crying tears weren't stopping: I Love you Nandini.. pls come back na.. acha bas pyaar mat karna mujhe atleast marne aa jao.. main tumse maar khane ke liye bhi ready hu..
I love you Nandini i love you.. Promise i will never do all this again..
He was repeating these lines continuously and after 1hr she was gaining her concious back.
Nandini in weak voice: M..a.n.i.k..
Hearing this manik crawled near her and held her hand: Ha nandini main yahi hu..
Nandini: Ma..aan..nik..
Manik's happiness knew no boundaries, he stood up and called everyone in, and cabir went and called the doctor.
Manik came back and again held her hand but she again got unconscious he was worried and asked doctor, "why is unconscious now.. abi to hosh mein thi" to which doctor calmly replied," Dont worry son.. she is out of danger now and will gain her concious anytime now but keep her out of any stress"
Manik nodded and told nandini: Tum na.. wapis utho.. fir mujhe jitna marna ho marna.. but kabi chodke mat jana.. pls na jaan.. main mar jaunga.."
All were teary now after hearing all this from manik, the one who was monster in the morning and now.. no one could believe this, but it was clearly visible in his eyes. Everyone left for home on request of Abhi, but he stayed there with Mukti. All left, telling abhi to keep updating them if nandini gain her conciousness.
He made Manik stand and hugged him tight, which was needed very badly to manik.
Manik cried," I am sorry Abhi.. i will never loose her.. she is my star, my life, my zem"
Abhi broke the hug: She is yours only Manik.. always.. keep her safe.
Manik wiped his tears and said : Humesha..
Mukti stayed in hospital, if he needs to somewhere so there should be one who would look after Nandini.
She sat om couch and manik, on a stool placed next to her bed.
After that he was talking to sleeping nandini and she was giving him some actions with her fingers, nodding, sometimes a smile, which means she is listening to him after this deep slumber.
Mukti was watching all this and was overwhelmed by their intensity of love and care.
Nandini gain back her conscious, after 2hours, till the time he didn't moved, our went out for anything, mukti did all out course. Nandini opened her eyes and first she saw her MANI and a smile crept on her face, seeing her world next to her.
