I woke up in my bed, as usual, and instantly thought of Dad. So, I crept through the hallway and peeked through the door that led to my parents' room. There, I saw both my mother and my father sleeping.

I closed the door silently. "Phew." Then, Bolt came across my mind. I decided to go check on him too. When I arrived at his bedroom door, it was already open.

"He must be at Sarada's place." I went inside, threw myself on his bed, and buried my face in his pillow. All of a sudden the door slammed shut, and I gasped while my face was still in the pillow. I sat with my back turned towards the door.

"By the way, I'm not with Sarada." I could feel my face heating up. I hurriedly got off of his bed and tried to leave. He grabbed my wrist. "Not gonna say good morning?" I began to stutter.

"G- Good M-Morning!" I then left his room as fast as I could. I could hear him laughing down the hallway. "Jerk..." I wanted to get dressed, but Bolt's room was right next to mines and I didn't want to embarrass myself even more than I already have.

I walked fast towards my bedroom door and shut it right when I entered my room. I sighed heavily. All of a sudden I heard a knock on the door. I slowly opened it and I saw Bolt grinning at me. "Hurry up and get dressed, we're going somewhere today. Just the two of us." Just the two of us? This is shocking to me. Nowadays if Bolt and I ever hung out with each other, Sarada would always be there. But now, is it finally just the two of us?

I shut my door again and put on a black and red shirt with a normal black skirt. When I opened the door Bolt was leaning against the wall. "Are you ready?" I shyly nodded my head.

While we were walking through the house I noticed that his hair was a little straighter than usual. "Where are we going?" "To Ichiraku's." I was a little disappointed. I thought that we would be going somewhere a little more fun. But at least Sarada isn't going.

As we walked down the dirt road, I playfully bumped his arm. "Stop that." I frowned a bit and continued to look forward. We arrived at the Ramen shop and sat down. "So Bolt, I was wondering if-"

"Bolt!" I turned my head and saw Sarada smiling as she waved at Bolt. She came over to us and gave Bolt a tight hug. "I missed you." Bolt smiled at her. "I missed you too."

I thought that it was just gonna be the two of us. I felt so lonely while I was watching the two of them chat away. It's been a while since we got here. Maybe I should leave. "Oh, Himawari." "Huh?"

"What were you going to say earlier?" I instantly stood up. "It's nothing. I've something else to do, so I'm leaving now." Bolt gave me a confused look. "Why? I thought-"

"Bolt, please." I walked away trying to hold back my tears. I abruptly stopped in the middle of the road. Coincidentally, I was right in front of Shikadai's house. I went up to his front door and rung the doorbell.

I put my head down. "What are you doing here?" I lifted my head up. "Can I stay here for the day?" He sighed. "What happened?" I rolled my eyes around a bit.

"Nothing. I just felt like having a friendly get together with you, that's all." He stared at me for a few minutes and finally let me in. I went into his bedroom and silently laid on his soft bed. "Okay, you already know that you're not staying here right?" I lifted myself up and nodded my head. He sighed once more. "Was it Bolt again?" I slightly smiled.

"You know me so well." I started to twiddle my fingers as I pursed my lips. "He said that we'd be going out today, just the two of us. But, it was ruined."

"Mhm. Yeah." I hit him right on the forehead. "For once could you actually help me out?" He gave me this serious look all of a sudden. "I've helped you out many times before. So what are you saying? Hm?" I looked away. What he's saying is true. Shikadai's already helped me out more than he needed to.
