Invisible:

I am invisible,

I talk but you don’t hear.

I weep but you don’t see.

I scream but you don’t listen.

If I die, will you care?

If I’ve lost what holds me together,

If I know I’m falling apart,

Then why don’t you see it radiating from my eyes,

Have I gotten that good at masking it?

Or don’t you care, anymore?

If you only knew the pain I am holding behind all my smiles,

As I smile all day,

I cry all night,

Why won’t you come and make me feel alright?

Nobody cares.

Nobody can see what’s going on deep down inside me,

But if you could,

You would know that I am so ready to go.
