We reached home. Dadi and the others were worried about us.

" Z and Zia where did you both go."

We explained what happened and Dadi couldn't stop laughing with others.Tanu was still their she looked annoyed and she left.

I went upstairs. I was really tired. I had hot shower bath and went to bed.Z came inside and he too had a bath and slept. I woke up the next day with a great headache. And I had a very bad abdomen pain. Z was fast asleep. I turned to the clock and it was just 4 am. I rolled in the bed with pain. Unlike the other times today I had a severe pain and it was unbearable. Tears started rolling from my eyes. And I held my stomach. I kept tapping the bed as the pain was even severe than before.
Z woke up for my disturbance and I felt bad. He did torture me since two months but now I am falling for him.Since the time we consummated he cared for my feeling. Not completely but little to the least.

"What's wrong."

I kept crying holding my stomach.

" If you tell me what the hell is wrong I can get you something."

I felt my dress wet. And I didn't want to tell him. I kept crying holding my stomach.

He called a doctor and I don't know who it was. He kept saying "okay, okay,"after every minute.

Z PoV;
I woke up for the sound of someone struggling in bed. I saw Zia crying. I felt an ache in my heart. I know she is my enemy but something in me cared for her than I used to for Tanu.I asked her many times what was wrong with her.she seemed like she is having a bad stomach ache. I too had got when I was small and even after my 12 th grade. But I never cried like a baby. She wouldn't tell me what's wrong with her so I decided to call our family doctor Aditiya.

Aditiya had been our family Dr after his father passed away. Who served us our Dr. It was 4:15 in the morning.

"Hello, is this Aditiya?"

"Yes, speaking. What is it Z?"

" Well ...umm... "

"What is it Z?"

" My wife is having a severe stomach ache. Could you prescribe some medicine."

" stomach ache, since when?"

"Yeah,today like about 15-20 minutes ago."

" Z she might be having her monthly periods."

"Okay."

And after he said me it was usual for some women. And it caused a severe pain for some who looses the V-card.
I kept the phone and looked at her. I didn't know what to do. Forget that she is my enemy but  we have fulfilled our vows and I must act like a human when someone is not well.

I looked at her. Tears kept rolling one after the other. I have to do as he instructed me. I removed my bed cover to only realise their was blood on the bed. She felt weak and embarrassed. She looked down. I understood and got up. I went down stairs and got ponstain from the first aid.and grabbed a glass of water. I gave her to drink and brought a hot water in a glass jar to place it on her stomach. I have seen Alia doing this sometimes when I ask her she says its her time of the month. I grabbed a jar and covered them on a cloth and now I must place it directly on her stomach. I helped her to get up.

Zia PoV;

I don't know what made him to be so kind. It's not the way how every villain treats his enemy.at times he was a bad person and times he was really good. I was asked to change my self in the bathroom. I couldn't stand still due to the pain. I was about to fall when he lifted me up. We shared eye contact for a while which made both of us forget who we were. I was carried to the bathroom. And he removed my night robe. I held my arms crossed as i felt awkward.
