i love you, luna. i love your eyes, your face, your cheekbones, your hands, your dimples at your spin, your moles, your hairs, your iris, your thighs. but the glow that illuminates all these loved aspects of yours was ethereal. it showed me things. things that I had never known to exist here on earth.

i never knew love existed. it never did. not until i was there, standing on sixth street, hearing you whisper in my ear "we'll be home soon,"

back then I was in love. in love with you. you were my home, because you were there, beside me. breathing. living with the spirit of the moon. the moon with your glow.

the glow that showed me that you loved me. the glow that told me that you were it for me, happy and healthy. the glow which was as beautiful as the beauty of a thousand flowers on a cloudy, glum day.

i noticed you had a glow, on that day, on sixth street, because the lamp-post was just above us. it gave enough light to see your eyes glimmer, your smile widen and my heart flutter.

i love you, luna.

i hope you know that.
