Kira's POV:

"What about this one?" Orihime asked, holding up a red and white plaid bikini with a white lace edging.

I shook my head and turned back to the clothing rack.

Since Ichigo and I had agreed to go on the Beach trip with Keigo and the rest of Ichigo's friends, Orihime and Tatsuki had invited me to go bathing suit shopping with them. I was familar with them because we used to be best friends when I used to talk. But, after my parents and brother were killed, I built up a wall around me...

Somehow, Ichigo had managed to shatter that wall. Well, at least, somewhere in my heart, I hoped it was him.

But, why? Why do I want to see Ichigo all the time? Why do I long so much to see his bright smile? Why does my heart skip a beat when I see that beautiful smile?

"Kira-Chan!"

I looked over to see Orihime staring at me.

"Are you okay? You spaced out for a moment." She whipered softly.

I shook my head and turned to see Tatsuki walking towards us.

"I'm getting this one." She said as she showed us a black one piece with a red cross on the left side.

Orihime clapped and smiled sweetly.

"That's a good one, Tatsuki-Chan! Kira-Chan and I still haven't found one yet."

I ignored their chat as I stared at a certain suit that caught my eye. I checked the tag, exactly my size: A large top and small bottoms.

I tapped Orihime gently on the shoulder and she turned. "Oh, Kira-Chan! It's perfect for you!" Then, she shoved a hanger in my face. "I'm getting this one!"

It was a bikini, of course. It was a sky blue to match her hairpins, and had tiny groups of red cherries all over it. I smiled as to say "Good Choice" and looked down at my own choice again.

It was black bikini and white skull with neon pink bows printed on it. It was exactly what I was searching for.

I couldn't wait for Ichigo to see it.

********************

"Whoa, I can't believe your family could afford this, Keigo." Ichigo commented as we walked into the huge, two-story beach house. Chad, Ichigo, Tatsuki, Orihime, Keigo, Mizuiru, and I had all walked here together. It was about a 15-20 minute walk from Keigo's house to the beach.

"My parents work most of the time." Keigo replied. "Okay! Who wants to go for a midnight dip!" He exclaimed, posing in the weird way he always did.

"I'm too tired." Everyone, but me, replied at the same time and started to climb the staircase, our bags in hand.

"Aww," Keigo pouted. "Fine then. Anyways, I've picked all the rooms for you guys!" He dashed to block our path.

"Tatsuki and Orihime get the first room on the left, Chad gets the first room on the right, Mizuiro and I get the second room on the left, and the two lovebirds get the room at the end of the hall." Keigo explained, pointing at Ichigo and I.

"WHAT?!?!?" Tatsuki and Ichigo shouted at the same time. I stood there in pure shock but, my heart thumped loudly at the thought. Ichigo and I....in the same room...

I passed Keigo and continued to climb the stairs.

"Y-Y-You're okay with this?!?!" Ichigo gasped from behind me. I ignored him and walked down the hall. I heard his loud footsteps on the hardwood floors catch up to mine as I turned the handle of the white door.

I opened it to reveal a set of twin beds, a cream colored couch, a small bathroom, and a small balcony with a view of the ocean. I glanced around, the whole room was painted a soft blue.

"Wow," I heard Ichigo murmur behind me.

I turned to him and smiled, Ichigo being near me made me almost as happy as when my family was still alive.

Ichigo's POV:

Kira turned and smiled sweetly, and, even though I was still a bit mad at Keigo, I smiled back at her. Even though it wasn't an actual smile, it didn't quite reach her eyes, it warmed my heart I couldn't help but, grin back.

Sorry for the long wait, My Mom made me visit my Grandparents this week:/

Also, I've picked a song for Kira x Ichigo:) It's Sen Mo Yoru Wo Koete by Aqua Timez:D The video's on the side, feel free to listen!
