Chapter 11- Vega's Back!

Jade's POV:

It's been about four months since I found out about Tori have a crush on me, her cutting so bad she went into a coma and since Beck broke up with me. I can't say that I was upset when Beck broke up with me because in actual fact I was kinda happy. When he was breaking up with me he said that I had an other 'guy'. But that 'guy' was Tori. And I can't believe it took her being in a coma for me to see that I do like Vega in that way.

So Vega has been in a coma for four months everyone has started to give up hope that she will wake up but I know that Vega is a fighter and she will wake up. I have been visiting her everyday, before school, at lunch and after school. So that pretty much means that I have gotten to know her nurses and Doctor really well. About a month ago Vega took a fit and lost a lot more blood so Robbie gave her some more. Cat has been visiting too but it's been getting less and less each week. It really broke her heart that Tori said she would stop cutting and then went and did this to her self. But it was my fault she did it, all because of how I reacted when the boys walked in on us kissing.

It is about 4:20pm and I have just left school for the hospital. The doctor phoned me this morning to say that there was a bit of movment in her arms and it was a good sign of her waking up soon. Once I get there I park in my usal parking space and walk in. I see Lauren at reseption and say hi as I walk past. As soon as I get to her room I see Tori's legs twitching and it makes my heart skip a beat. This means so could be close to waking up. I sit beside her like I always do and talk to her about what happened today, that Robbie pissed him self at lunch, that Cat got cast lead in the school play and that Andre might be getting his music signed to a record lable.

I was sitting there for a good hour then decided to go and get some coffee. I think I was gone for about five minutes but when I got back to her room. There was her doctor in there and she was awake. I couldn't believe my eye's Tori is awake. As soon as she see me she looks right at me and then to the Doctor and says, "Ummm doctor why is there a random girl standing at the door looking at us?" wait what does she mean random girl? I'm not random, I'm Jade West everyone remembers me. The doctor turns round to face me and tells Tori she needs to talk to me for a minute. "Look Jade because of Tori's coma it has caused her some memory loss and she wont remember the last five years of her life, she won't remember you, her friends, Hollywood arts or any of it." The doctor said. But that means she won't remember that she was in love with me.

"Will she ever remember it?" I ask the doctor, I am so confused and frankly a bit hurt. She won't remember our kiss, our fist kiss, the kiss that helped me fall in love with her. "She might gain some of it back in time but for now no." the doctor says in reply. "Well how do I help her remember the important things like me, our friends and school?" I ask mainly so I can get her to remember me. I want her to remember me and the feelings she had for me. "Well the best thing you can do show her pictures and things like that, they will help her to some degree." "Ok thank you doctor I'm just glad she is ok." The doctor nods and walks past and down the corridor.

I walked in and she looked at me. I shuffled towards her and she asked, "So what's your name? I'm sorry I just have lost some of my memory and well yeah you get it, the doctor probably told you." " I'm Jade West, we are umm..." this could be my chance for her to like me. "Ummm I'm Jade West, we are friends and room-mates at college." I say to her, I'm not going to tell her that we used to fight. I don't want her to feel that way about me. I love her.

"So how did we meet then?" she asks trying her best to her best to remember me. "Well in high school one your first day you spilled coffee on my boyfriend and you began rubbing him to get it off and I wasn't too happy about it but we work out our differences." "How did we work it out? It might help me remember." she asked what do I say to that, that we worked it out by kissing. "Umm well we just worked it out through school projects and just hanging out with our friends." I said it was the truth, it was just very vague. "Oh." she said and there was an award silence for moment or two. "So how are you feeling?" I ask to break the silence, she looks at with strain in her eye probably trying so very hard to remember me.

"Umm Ok I guess, the doctor said I can leave tomorrow." She said in reply. My heart jumps when I see her smile. "Omg that's great news!" Omg yes she is finally coming back to school! Should I tell her about what happened between us? Probably not. "So do you remember how you got like this?" I ask just to see what the doctor told her when she woke up. "Ummm no my doctor actually didn't tell me that part, do you know what happened?"

"Ugh Tori you ended up in here because because you....." I paused and took a deep breath. "Because I what Jade." Tori said to get me to continue.

"Because you tried to commit suicide."....
