Eden's POV: It was the first day of ninth grade. I was at the bottom of the food chain, again. But I had my crew. I smiled as I saw that familiar curly, light brown hair, of my best friend, Windsor. I grabbed her sides playfully, and she screamed and turned to me, with an angry look on her face. Her face lit up as she saw me, but tried to hide her excitement by frowning. "Ed! Why'd you do that? Jerk!" She punched my arm, then grabbed my arm and hugged me. This position felt so natural to me, because we had been best friends since we were three. I remembered that day when she had moved next door to me. We brought her family a welcoming gift, and we played in her backyard. Ever since then, we went everywhere together. We even got the flu together and stayed at my house until we were better. "Did you see Michael? "She asked me with a cheeky smile. "Winds! Shut up!" She just laughed really loud, her dimples popping out of her cheeks. "Hey girlfriends!" I heard my other bestie Ariana come up to us from behind. We did a group hug, an talked about our summers. We then began to talk over our schedules. Thankfully at Parkway High, everyone had lunch at the same time. Last year at Highland we had been split up. Ariana's hand was engulfed by a hand the same tan shade as her own. We all giggled, knowing it was her boyfriend, Mark. She smiled and turned to him, putting her arms around his neck. Their hair covered their faces, but I knew them well enough, to know they we're kissing. Marks motto was "You can never be too young for love." But we all thought they moved WAY too fast for freshman. "Okay you two! Save the suck-face for later!" I Laughed. "So where is everyone?" I asked mark, everyone meaning the rest of our gang. "I don't know. Mike said his older brother was driving him here with Justin." Windsors face turned a bright pink when she heard Justin's name. I smiled at her, although I was really smiling about Michael. I had liked him since like fifth grade, but never told him, although he probably knew. The schools double entrance doors opened, the suns light blinding me, as I saw him.....
Michaels POV: I walked into Parkway High for why seemed like the first time and looked around nervously. I had been here many times before for my brother, Andrews graduation, recitals and stuff like that. But this time it was different. I was entering as a student, a freshman. I must have looked terrified as I walked through the doors, cause Justin grabbed my shoulder and said, "Don't worry man, you'll do fine." "What if Ed doesn't like me?" "Dude! I've told you a million times that she does! So stop worrying an lighten up." I walked past a couple making out in a locker, a girl putting a wad of chewed gum on her locker shelf, and a guy in a leather jacket dragging a nerd into the bathroom, probably to stick his head in a toilet. I heard screaming, and turned to my left to see some jocks opening the girls bathroom and grabbing girls out. This was Highschool. Then I saw my crew. My best friends in the world. I looked past Windsor and saw a pair of long tan legs talking to Ari. Eden. Her blonde hair hung down her back in perfect curls. And she looked hot in her pink and white polka dot shirt and white shorts. She looked like an angel. I put my hand on her waist. She turned an giggled. She was breathtaking. She made me forget every word i had ever learned. so i stood there stating at her like an idiot. "I missed you Ed." I found my voice trying to sound seductive. I don't think it worked, cause she laughed. "Missed you too, Mikey." but she said it like she was unsure. Suddenly a pair if claw like hands wrapped themselves around my neck from behind. Jordan.
~So I hope you guys like it so far:) I wanted to make it as realistic as possible, unfortunately I go to a private school, so I'm not really sure what public school is like. But if any of you go to a public school and have some personal experiences, from school I'd love to include it in the story! There will be a lot of drama in the story too. I'm going through some right now and it really stinks! In the 7-10 grades its the whole "I liked him first" drama, and 11 and 12 justs laughs at all of our sub tweets:) hahaha so anyway, my school ends may 17, so if I don't post for a while just know that it's because of finals and homework. Thanks XoXo. .Kate~
