Chapter 13

Windsor's POV: "Pink looks really cute on you!" I told Ed. "Thank you I- " someone knocked on her bedroom door. She opened it and Ari walked in. "Hey. My mom made me come since we had already planned to get ready over here." "I didn't think you would still come. Since its a dance for the cheer team and all." I told her. "Well we had already planned on going before you two were in the squad." She rolled her eyes. "I need too shower. Be right back." She said, and slammed the bathroom door behind her. "Oh the nerve of her. Coming here like nothing happened." Eden groaned. She pulled out her rollers and turned them on. "How are you doing your hair?" She asked. "Probably just loose waves." I told her, as I turned in my curling iron. The guys were gonna be here at six thirty because the dance started at seven. We were expected to be in uniform too! After we did our cheers we were aloud to change though. I wondered who Ariana was going with since she and mike were fighting. She came out of the bathroom on her phone, texting, all smiles.

Ari's POV: Logan was so adorable. He was coming with the guys to Eden's house to pick us up. That would make Eden know that Logan was mine, and only mine. I mean, he wasn't exactly my boyfriend yet, but I still claimed him.

~A few hours later~

Michael's POV: We came to pick up the girls around six thirty. My mom had rented us a party bus. Justin had let that jerk Logan ride with us, but it didn't matter, I had Eden. I just wanted a chance too kiss her so she would figure out I was the mysterious guy and not Logan. If Logan went with Ari, he would stay away from MY Eden. Ari walked out of Ed's house first, in a blue dress. It was pretty I guess but I was still mad at her, after all, Mark was my bro. It was a little above her knee and had like sparkles or something on it. I'm not really educated in that particular department. Then came Windsor, in uniform. Finally Eden came out in uniform, her hair was up and curled. She looked perfect in the uniform, but I was disappointed that she wasn't dressed up. Here we guys stood in dress pants and dress shirts. She met me with hug, and I breathed in her smell of coconuts and hairspray. I recognized the smell cause my sister uses the same brand. "You're stunning." I told her in her ear. She pulled out if the hug, too look at me up and down, but not in a perverted way, just in an Eden way. We got in the party bus an turned on the radio. The Way by Ariana Grande came on and the guys booed, but the girls screamed happily. Even I secretly liked the song. I mean Mac Miller was cool. I began too sing along quietly in Eden's ear. I mean I was no Bruno Mars, but I could hold a part. "So don't you worry, baby you got me." Eden closed her eyes and listened, with a content smile on her face. "Stay by your side, I'll never leave ya." I stay with Ariana Grande as she sang further in the song. I found my hand in Eden's and I smiled my biggest smile. She opened her eyes and frowned, "Why did you stop singing?" I began singing again and she smiled, but this time it was different. We stared into each other eyes, faces close, hands joined, lips- she moved back and looked around at everyone then looked back at me. I caught her hint. She didn't want an audience on our kiss. I understood and smiled at her. When I was Your Man by Bruno Mars came on and the girls all cheered again. I sang with Bruno, happy that I had learned the whole song, so I could sing to Eden. She smiled at me the whole time. While I sang I drew circles on her hand, glad that my brother Andrew had told me that girls loved it when you did that. And she seemed to like it. "My pride, my ego, my needs, and my selfish ways, caused a good strong women like you too walk outta my life." She just shook we head, a if too tell me she wouldn't walk out of my life.

We got too the school and I helped Eden out of the bus. Windsor was hypnotized by Justin until she saw his watch. "6:58!?" She screeched. "Ed we're gonna be late! Lets go." She grabbed her had and ran into the gym. We all followed and came in to see the cheerleaders already in formation. Some music started and began too dance and jump around. They did the splits and cartwheels, lifted Eden up and flipped her, and lifted their legs above their heads. They were really good. After a few more cheers the girls ran off into the locker rooms, an the music started. People began to walk to the dance floor and dance around. I just waited for Eden, knowing that Sophia would probably yell at then an then let them leave, but I was shocked when Eden walked out with her hair down in curls, wearing a pink dress. Windsor came after in a purples dress, but her hair was up in a curly bun? I think that's what my sister calls those. Her hair was down for cheer. Justin held out his hand and they waked to the dance floor. I did the same too Ed and we walked to the floor, next to Winds and Jus. We awkwardly danced, and I was annoyed of all the people around. I asked her if he wanted to step outside and she surprisingly said yes.

We walked outside, hand in hand, and I asked her too dance. She blushed and nodded. She shyly put her arms on my shoulders and I put mine around around her waist. I began to hum A Thousand Years, you know, that song from Twilight, and she hummed along. Like magic, her hands wove around my neck and she looked up at me. Her eyes were a perfect sparkly green. She smiled, a her eyes fell closed. I closed mine too, and moved slowly too her. An our lips touched. She kind of flinched back and smiled at me, "It was you." She whispered and kissed me again. But this one was no joke. It was a real kiss, like in the movies. It was amazing. I felt a strong thing for this girl. Was it... Love?
