Chapter 5

---Evie---

We all met back at the boys dorm. "I have arranged an art show, so the art teacher has everyone, including Mal, stay after school to work on their work." Ben told us so we wouldn't have to worry about Mal coming out of nowhere. "So does anyone have any ideas?" I asked. "Well I want to ask her at the gazebo, that is a big place to us." Ben suggested. "Ok, so you're asking he at the gazebo." I said, writing some notes.
After 5 hours of work
"There" Jay said, very tired. "Are we done yet?" Carlos asked, hanging off his bed. "I think we are, let's go over it one more time, then we can go." Ben suggested. "Ok, so after the art show, you're gonna ask her to go on a late night swim date. Then when it's around midnight, you are going to go "find" the wishing rock, from Jay, and give it to her. Hopefully she'll make a wish. While she is doing that, you rush over to your jacket with the ring, then get back to her, when she opens her eyes she'll see you, and everyone is going to come out, and we will hope she says yes. Now I am going back to my dorm, see ya." Then Ben and I left to go to sleep.

3 days later at the art show
"Hey Mal! Just want to let you know, I got d for yours, the painting of the Isle and Auradon coming together was AMAZING!"
"Thanks, I appreciate it, your parents said that they loved my art too! It seems like they like me, which is good because I was nervous they wouldn't like me."

s...Mal!!" Mal jumped up and down, the spotlight was on her, she was beautiful. Now from the plan to take action. "I knew you'd win!"
"Thanks, you're really sweet."
"That is what I am here for, want to go to the gazebo, have a late night swim?"
"Yeah sure! Let me get my painting and then we can go."
"Okay." After we dropped her painting off at her dorm, we went to the gazebo. As soon as we started swimming, I saw everyone hiding, Mal didn't have a clue. We had a great time, than it was time. I was shaking, gladly she just thought that I was cold. I then went to where Jay was hiding, I went over to him while Mal wasn't looking. Then I swam back over to her. "Here, make a wish and throw it back into the lake." As soon as she closed her eyes, I went over to my jacket, got the ring and came back just in time. She threw it in the lake and I got down on one knee. "Mal, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?" I was so nervous she would say no. Out of the corner of my eye, I could see everyone creeping out. Mal's breathe was taken away. "Oh my gosh, Ben," she started to tear up",Yes of course I will!" I put the ring on her and kissed her. Everyday be was cheering behind us. Evie had her phone out recording the whole time. Mal turned around and started giggling. Now, I can spend the rest of my life with my new true love.
