ARA'S POV
"What?" I was shocked by Chase's need to be upfront.
"You heard me."
Chase was dead serious. I felt my confidence slipping away by each moment that passed.
"Ara..." Chase sat me down on the bed and looked at me in the eyes. "I care about you very much, being my girlfriend's sister and possible family."
"Where are you going with this..."
"Ara. You're pregnant."
My whole world came crashing around me and I began to cry. Chase pulled me into a hug. "Ara..."
"What am I going to do?" I sobbed. "Chase, I'm only fifteen. This was a horrible mistake. I can't do this."
"Firstly you need to relax," he told me. "Breathe."
I cried some more. And then I finally calmed down.
"I know what I'll do," I sniffed.
"And what's that?" Chase asked.
I looked down at my shoes. "I'll put the baby up for adoption."
I left the room with Chase sitting on the bed in shock.
