The Cheerleading Tryouts

The girls are on their way to the gym to tryout for the Cheerleading Squad. The president of the Cheerleading squad is Lexi Reed and the vice president is Paisley Gregory. (By the way, Paisley is a dumb blond ;-)

They arrived at the gym and sat down.

Olive: I have a bad feeling about this.

Roxy: Relax, Olive. If this goes wrong, we'll do something else.

Olive: I sure hope so.

Lexi: Okay. Let's get started with the tryouts.

--time skip--

Paisley: Next are Kayla, Row-xy, Kahyna, and O-Live.

Kyla: That's Kyla to you.

Roxy: Its pronounced Roxy.

Chyna: Its Chyna.

Olive: My name is Olive.

Paisley: Four girls signed up and didn't show. (Sighs) Some people.

Kyla: (facepalms) Anyway, all four of us came up with a routine. Que music.

They all got into position and waited for the song to come on.

When I'm not with you I'll lose my mind.

The girls did their routine. (See routine at the top)

The look on Lexi's face was priceless. At first she was smirking and now she was partly jealous and partly impressed. Once the girls finished their routine, the rest of the girls that we trying out applauded.

Lexi: Okay. That was...uh...good, I guess. I liked how you shouted "Go Wolves" at the end. That was very good.

Kyla: Thanks, Lexi.

Lexi: Go have a seat and we'll think about whether we put you in the squad or not.

Roxy: Okay.

The girls sat down. Later that day, Kyla was getting her stuff out of her locker.

Kyla: That wasn't so bad, Olive. There's nothing to worry about.

Olive: I guess you're right. What was I afraid of?

Then Lexi came up to the four of them.

Lexi: Hey, girls. I came to say that the four of you made the Squad.

Kyla: (smiles really big) We did???

Lexi: Yeah. Here's your uniforms and pom-poms.

Roxy: Yay!! We're cheerleaders!!!

Chyna: This is the best day of my life!!!!

Olive: Yes!!!

Kyla: Michael's gonna be so proud of us, Rox!!!

Roxy: He will!!!

Lexi: Okay. Go try on your uniforms. You can wear it all day if you want.

Kyla: I will.

Roxy: Me too.

Chyna: Me three.

Olive: I'm wearing the hair ribbon.

The girls ran into the bathroom and put on their Cheerleading uniforms and hair ribbons.

Kyla: I like it. It's my style.

Roxy: Yeah, its cute.

Chyna: I love it.

Olive: A little too tight, but cute.

Kyla and the girls put on their warm-up jackets and sneakers and put their regular clothes in their duffle bags. They went out of the bathroom. And before they knew it, the Bell rang for the end on the day.

Roxy: This calls for a celebration sleepover. Who's in?

Chyna: Me!!

Olive: Count me in.

Kyla: Michael should be coming in a few minutes.

One minute later, the SUV came to pick them up.

Michael: Hey, girls!!

Kyla: Hey, Applehead!!

Michael noticed their happy faces.

Michael: You girls look happy. Whats going on?

The girls took out their pom-poms and smiled.

Kyla: We made the Cheerleading squad!!!

Michael: You did? That's great.

Roxy: We're having a celebration sleepover. Is that okay?

Michael: Yeah.

Kyla: Thanks dad.

Michael: Anything for my girls. Let's go home.

The girls climbed in the car and sat in their seats. Soon they reached home. They twins were so happy about the Cheerleading squad that when they got out of the SUV, they turned backflips and cartwheels.

Michael: (laughs) You girls are crazy.

Kyla: We're happy!!

Michael: I see.

They all got in and then Chyna and Olive put their duffle bags near the couch.

Chyna: Do you have any apple cider?

Kyla: We should have some. Dad, do we have any apple cider?

Michael: Yeah. Look in the fridge.

Kyla looked in the fridge and there was apple cider. She got the bottle and poured some.

Kyla: Want some, dad?

Michael: sure.

Michael poured his glass and sat on the couch. Kyla made snacks and apple cider. They had fun watching movies and pillow fights and other fun stuff. Then they went to bed.
