Venom leaned on the door frame, watching Alexander's back as he sat at his computer. His fingers frantically moved on the keyboard, the constant taps filling the silence.

The villain smiled at that. Alex's quick fingers once used to dance on a piano's keyboard, but his passion leaded them on the computer's, replacing the melodic claps with monotonous keys. It was a pity, for the man had talent. Then again, Venom understood his reluctance to playing the instrument...

But Alex now used that talent in a more productive way, helping Venom and Klaus rob banks and houses by hacking their security systems. In fact, that's what he was working on at the moment, for the couple needed money. It was his place in the 'team' to hack, and he proved to be more than helpful since thanks to him, the lovers managed to be silently destructive and not attract policemen's attention by killing everything that moved.

Venom stepped in the room and walked to the computer expert, whose sky blue eyes were glued to the screen, reflecting the monitor's light. His tongue peeked from behind his thin lips in concentration, making its way across the chapped surface before hiding back to its place. Venom followed the movement intrigued, before moving his gaze back to the eyes.

"Wear your glasses." he scolded, picking them up from his nightstand. He then carefully placed them on Alex's button nose, sliding them in place. Alexander, with a gulp, stopped typing for a few seconds, offering a slight nod before grabbing the mouse and scrolling down.

Venom hopped on his desktop, dangling his legs in swift movements, and looked around the room, gazing at the drawings and rock bands posters covering the grey walls.

"How is it going?" he asked lightly, tapping his nails on the dark wooden surface of the desktop. Alex moved his eyes on Venom's hand, and blinked a couple of times until the villain stopped tapping.

"I'm in their computer." he spoke. "Rich thickheaded people tend to note their security system pass codes in their computers. I'm guessing this would be the case.' Alex informed monotonously before flipping his hair away from his eyes, the gesture a reflection of Klaus's, the one he got the habit from.

As if on cue, Klaus entered the room, mirroring his son's movement, to which Venom chuckled. The ex-hero approached his lover, whose arms were widely open and inviting. He hugged Venom tightly, who in turn wrapped slender legs around his waist. Klaus then sneaked a hand up the other man's back until he reached his long strands, still wet from the night before.

"You're going to catch a cold." he scolded, lips brushing against his cheek.

"I eat my vegetables." was his response, the same as always. Klaus grinned knowingly at that as he lowered his lips to the man's collar bone he marked so many times. Before getting to hear the appreciative hum his lover was about to offer, Alex not so discreetly interrupted.

"29771" he spoke coldly, ripping a piece of paper from a nearby notebook and scribbling the pass  code down.

Klaus scoffed, ruffling his hair affectionately as a silent thank. The gesture didn't feel as it used to, their son having grown to match the age of their bodies, but somewhere in that handsome adult, the sky blue eyes were of a young Alexander, smiling up at the ones he idolized so much.

Well, that was until something changed in that little boy. At some point, Alex stopped being the hyperactive, playful, curious son Klaus knew, and turned cold and distant. The ex-hero thought it was a phase, but Alexander never stopped calling his parents by their names, never stopped locking himself in his room, never stopped glaring at the piano he used to love playing, and never stopped arranging his ruffled hair with a scowl, the way he just did now.
