Casey never smoked. I wouldn't like to think I knew Casey Valentine and that she never smoked but investigators and reporters all believe the lit cigarette was the cause of the fire but I don't believe that. There is just that feeling telling me it was more than that. And the fact that I've seen Casey be offered one on several occasions and she the similar response,
No way! They're bad for the skin. I wanna stay this flawless until I die. Like she was in some sort of Anti-Smoking commercial or Ad but that was really Casey. And I know it.
Was someone at home with Casey? According to her mom she was suppose to be home alone but that has never stopped Casey from having people over. I also know that. Maybe they were smoking. Maybe they just ran away as soon as the fire started
the fire started. And called 911 before they ran away but...something about that doesn't sit right with me. Plus Casey and whoever she was with would have come back and nobody else went missing just Casey.
It's all just so complicated. Scenarios constantly run through my head but it seems they are all missing one common link. I just don't know what it is.
"You should really take a break." Says Daphne leaning in my doorway. I guess she thinks I have been working this whole time. "Dinner is here anyways."

"Okay."
"Okay."

Ching!

My phone lights up.

You can't a happy ending don't you?
You want to be Miss Detective Sherlock and figure out this whole mystery don't you?
You Casey to come home and you two live happily forever after. You want everybody to forget the name Kelsea Banks so you can be in the clear? You want to take back every single lie you've told.
Like hell I'm going to let that happen though.
You're a bitch and I hate bitches. Especially bitches with happy endings. So don't think for a second I'm going to let you get away with what you have done.
