Chapter 5

"Wake up hon bun, you got to get ready for your special visitor." I hear a voice call. "Yeah Lina we need to get you beautified but you already are." I hear another voice say. I open my eyes and see Betty and lani standing in from of me in my hospital room. "Lani what are you doing here it's Saturday aren't you supposed to be out with Shawn?" I asks rubbing my eyes.

"Yes but we moved it to later because he's out with Matt and I'm here to help you and Betty and i brought you a new outfit." Kilani says.

I yawn.
"But before we start you need to at least eat a piece of toast and a boiled egg." Betty says.

I sigh.
"I have to Betty?" I ask.
"Yes, you promised if doctor jenson agreed to let you go out you would at least eat once every meal." Betty says.

"So eat up and we can get started with getting you ready and hurry because he'll be here at 1:00 so we will have to be ready by noon." Kilani says.

"Fine." I say sighing softly.
I take the food and slowly chew and swallow each bite thinking if I ate slowly maybe I won't gain weight faster.

Now thinking this year my eating disorder progressed from bulimia to Anorexia.

I shake the thought out of my head and continue to eat. I can't wait till I get out of here so I can go back to my routine of eating and throwing it all up.

See I never really explained it but my disorder started out as me still eating to throwing up to barely eating yet throwing up to then not eating yet throwing up. Yes you can throw up even without eating eventually your just throwing up the acid in your stomach or sometimes what's ever left but it is possible to throw up without even eating.

Soon enough I finished half of my good enough to be able to get ready.

"So my lovely lady." What shall you wear jeans? Dress? Skirt? Or shorts?" Kilani asks me.

"Um jeans are fine." I say softly to her.
She nods and takes a pair of jeans out of her bag she brought.

"I think a nice peplum top and keds would go nice with this." Kilani says to me taking them out the bag too.

"You already planned my outfit didn't you." I say to her. I hear Betty giggling in the background.

"Yeah I knew you were going to go for the jeans so I already put it together." She says softly giggling.

I slightly giggle and take the clothes from her.

I go to the bathroom and Betty stands right outside of the door. I turn on the shower and wait for it to warm up.

I was tempted to look at myself in the mirror so bad. I turn my head and looked slightly. In my eyes I still looked fat. Everyone else said I was so skinny except for the dick and his little slut.

I sigh and try not to cry and get in the shower. I grab the sponge my mom and Matt brought here for me. I use my wash the smelt of chocolate and wash my body. I made sure not to get my hair wet since I just got I done and I wash my face.

Once I finish I hope out the shower and I dry off with a towel the hospital gave me.

After that I put on my underwear and my clothes Kilani got me. I also skip the shoes on a softly sigh in hopes that I looked ok. I nod to myself and walk out the bathroom
Slowly.

I hear gasp and I look up and see Kilani and Betty smiling. I also notice 2 people in the corner I look and see its Matt and Shawn.

"You look amazing." Kilani says.
I softly smile and say thanks but then after run over to Matt and hug him.

I missed my twin and being Home with mom And dad. Or siblings Dylan and Kristen came to visit Us after they got told what happened.

"We just came by to say hi and see you before your first real date." Matt says.

"It's not really a date it's just us hanging out." I say to him pulling from the hug.

"When I guy wants to hang out its s date." Shawn says.

"Yeah exactly what Shawn said." Matt says.

"Alright alright boys go wait in the cafeteria I still have to finish up with my beautiful sister." Kilani says pushing them out the room.

I softly laugh and watch as Kilani pushes them out the door.

I wait for her to close the door and turn back to me she smiles and walks over.

"Alright time for hair and I'm
Not doing make up because you look beautiful without it." She says smiling.

I slightly smile because i didn't think I looked pretty without makeup.

Kilani pulls out the curling wand from her bag. Of course she had the nume hair curling wand.

"You have the whole closet in there." Betty says giggling.

"I can't never be to sure if I don't need something." Kilani says smiling big.

I softly laugh at Kilani silliness and let her begin on my hair.

She ended up doing loose curls with a little braid crown and added a pink bow to complement my top.

I get up and look at myself in the mirror which of course Betty allowed. Kilani puts only a nice pink lip color on my lips.

"And your done with only 2 minutes to spare." She says looking at her phone.

"Thanks." I say.

"Well he either should be here and got stopped by the guys or will be here exactly at one.

I shrug and then hear a knock on the door.

"I wonder who could that be." Kilani says walking over to the door and opening it.

"Wow." I hear a guy's voice say.
