Evelyn's P.O.V.
I've been alone for four years now. No family No pack, everyone from my old pack had been killed off by rogues. It's painfully hilarious that I am a rogue now. I don't know how I escaped that night but I thank God that I did. Sometimes I think was being alive worth all the loneliness and pain I felt. I've been running for my life for four years bumping into a few other rogues along they way. To my surprise I only had to kill about two rogues during the years. A deer ran past me breaking me from my thoughts. "Lunch time." my wolf screamed through my mind. I was about to pounce when I heard a few growls from behind me. Oh great just want I needed, wolves. I looked behind me seeing at least ten wolves, so I did what I usually did.... I ran. I ran until I felt something knock me to the ground. I looked around to see that it was a large black wolf. "Shift!" A voice boomed into my head. "I said SHIFT!" I did as I was told and shifted back into my human form now standing completely naked. I watched as several wolves now humans stepped out from behind the trees wearing nothing but gym shorts or sweat pants. Then the older man out of them threw me a hoodie and sweat pants. I quickly put them on embarrassed by naked body. As I finished dressing the older man spoke. "Why are you on my land rogue?! This is my territory!" I stayed quite not knowing how to answer him. "Do you not know I can kill you for your trespassing?!" he looked angry. So I spoke. "No sir I didn't know I was trespassing, I hadn't had any food in a few days my senses are off my apologies." I bowed realizing he was an Alpha. "What is your name child?" he asked his tone softened. "Evelyn Smith sir, I have been a rogue for four years." I felt the need to explain. He was about to speak when another guy stepped from behind a tree. "Dad why are you wasting time on this rogue?" he asked in disgust. I had dropped my head as I saw him step from behind the tree but I'm pretty sure he was looking at me as if I was a parasite. "Do not question my reasons Blake you are not Alpha until you turn eighteen." Blake shifted and ran back the way he came. "Evelyn why did you become a rogue if you ran away from your pack I would have to call your alpha." he said as I looked down. "That won't be necessary sir, my family and pack was killed four years ago by rogues forcing me to become a rogue myself." I fought back tears. He began speaking the words I thought I'd never hear. "Well seeing how you pose no threat towards my pack I would like for you to become a member of my pack." my head shot up and right then and there I broke down for the first time in years. When we arrived at Alpha Roger's pack house he made me sit into his office while him and his Beta John discussed when to bring me into the pack. "It should be as soon as possible we don't want members of the pack to think some how a rogue got into the pack house and end up killing her." Beta John said. "You're right we'll bring her into the pack tonight at dinner." Alpha Roger said and dismissed Beta John. A few minutes later I was shown to my room and given clothes. I quickly showered and dressed. Just as I was about to lay down, I heard a knock on the door. I walked over to open the door. "Hello dear I'm Alpha Amanda I'm the Alpha's wife." After I bowed I introduced myself. "Hi Alpha Amanda, I'm Evelyn...." She interrupted me by embracing me in a hug. "Oh child I know who you are, welcome to the Fire Mountain pack and I hope you're ready to go shopping with me." she said cheerfully as she pulled me out of my room. To be honest I never had been shopping before so I was nervous and excited, I was nervously excited. "What's wrong Evelyn?" Alpha Amanda asked concerned. "Ineverbeenshoppingbefore." I mumbled. I should have just said it because she heard me anyway. "You've never been to a mall before?" "No." "Well this will be fun Evelyn so don't worry and besides you're with me so it will be beyond fun." She assured me. "Thanks Alpha Amanda!" Now I was really excited so excited that I hugged her. "Nonsense no need to thank me and you can call me Amanda sweetie." As me and Alpha Aman... I mean Amanda drove up to the mall, excited became and understatement.
