"So tell me what happened."
I looked at him. I wanted to say but I don't know him.
"Well I lived in a village not far from here. I was kicked out because I'm nothing but trouble. My father left me there when I was a baby, so I was adopted. That and my wings made me a reject. Then the village started getting Attacked by demons and imps and everyone blamed me. All that lead up to me being kicked out of the village." I didn't tell him about the mark. About the way it glowed before an attack and lasted until it was over.

I looked at the boy. I could see why he was sad. The mark of darkness was the cause of this. His village made it worse by treating him the way it did. "I'm Mortus." I held my hand out to shake his. He had light brown hair and reddish brown eyes. He had a black suit and tie as well as a white shirt. He wore brown pants and shoes and had large, black wings. "I'm Tenbrus, it's nice to meet you."

I looked at the village that Tenbrus lived in, and frowned. They kicked a small defenseless kid out instead of training him to protect it, which was very possible because of the mark. I was enraged about this. The line in my blood red eyes started to spin as I transformed. My body became less sold and more like a shadow. I smiled as I crept into the shadows and the my hands became black and grew long claws. I found my first victim. A guard walking on patrol. I created an illusion, a small boy with claws and sharp teeth, and then made it sold. "Feast, my child." I whispered in his ear. He smiled and charged at the guard.
