First meeting -B

Hello I m Radhika..she spoke in a polite manner.

They sat on their chairs.Radhika was not looking at him,instead she looks down.she was feeling awkward this time.

I know its little awkward and odd to call any girl for this type of meetings.you know wat I mean..?? Mayank said.

After a pause of few seconds he spoke again..
As you know our parents has decided to meet so that we choose each other and understand each other.I know many things about you,like your education,hobbies,likes,dislikes etc through your mom.to be very frank I dont like these stupid meetings.parents surrounds us and only typical things happens and without giving us any chances to talk they ask us our decisions.

He ordered two coffee while explaining himself.

He further continued.I don't want to judge any girl on her beauty,her cooking skill or on her idea of managing the home.

I want to judge her on some certain qualities.

I had a meeting in banglore,so I thought why wouldn't I meet you also.I insisted my dad and after several efforts they convinced to talk to your parents about this.

Matlab mom knew all the things but she didn't give me any hint... she thought and take a deep breath.she was feeling trapped.

Radhika looked towards him and first time their eyes met.

Your's coffee..he said pointing towards her cup.she took a sip of it.in the whole conversation of 20 mins radhika didn't spoke a single word.

May I ask you something..are you comfortable..??? He asked

How could he asked me such question when he is seeing that I m not a bit comfortable.dealing with clients is one thing and talking on marriage is other..she thought.

Yes I am fine radhika answered

Breaking the pause he spoke, It seems you love reading books..
Because from last half an hour you are just gazing your book only..
He said cupping his face in his hand.

No its not like that.the thing is I never came on such meetings.all my meetings were proffessional
.and here I am completely blank.I don't know what to say and how to react.hope you understand......she said the whole sentence in one go.

Mayank can't stop himself from smiling.
hmm I completely agree.actually this is my third time.last two meetings were of no use..thus I thought to meet the girl alone next time.and here I am..he said smiling.

Soo don't u have to ask me anything..?? Mayank asked radhika.

Hmm may be no..because I am not prepared with the list of question.we are supposed to meet on thrusday and 3 days were enough to prepare the questionair .she replied politely.

And they both smiled on the situation.
