Back to the Future part V

Part 5

Monday, October 26th 2015, 6.00am.

The DeLorean booms back into 2015 and drives into Marty's drive. Doc, Marty, Scott and Einstein get out of the car.

MARTY

Everything seems to be okay. The cars are now grounded. This will take some getting used to. I can only remember 2015 with flying cars. I remember when I first got back from 1955 to 1985. It took a day or so before everything felt normal and I started getting the memories of the new timeline.

DOC

Come on Marty let's see if your other son is home. If Kid Tannen didn't have any information on the future everything should be back to normal and he should be out of prison.

Marty leads Doc into the house followed by Scott. Marty and Doc head through to the sitting room whilst Scott pauses to pick up a newspaper - USA Today Hill Valley Edition. Thursday October 22nd 2015. The headline reads "Youth Jailed". The sub-headline reads "Martin McFly Junior Arrested For Theft". There is also an article at the side which reads "President Obama to visit Hill Valley".

SCOTT

Oh no!

In Marty Junior's bedroom, Marty and Doc discover an empty bedroom.

MARTY

Something's wrong, I just know it.

DOC

Maybe he's at a friend's house or something.

MARTY

Junior doesn't have any friends. Remember what my old man was like back in the fifties? He's just like he was; the total opposite of Scott.

DOC

Let's look around before we jump to any conclusions.

The two head back through the house. Marty sees the front door is still open.

MARTY

Geez, Scott, why don't you ever close doors behind you?

DOC

Where's he gone?

The two head towards the door and look outside.

The DeLorean is gone from the drive.

DOC

Great Scott!

MARTY

Oh no! This is heavy!

Suzy is still fast asleep in her bedroom. There is a tapping at the window. She wakes up and looks out of the window to see who it is.

SUZY

Scott? What do you want at this time? Why are you at my bedroom window?

SCOTT

Listen, listen, listen, I don't have much time to explain; you've gotta come back with me.

SUZY

Where?

SCOTT

1985!

SUZY

Back to 1985? Now? Why?

SCOTT

I've realised where we went wrong with retrieving my iPhone. I've just been back to 1925 again to stop Kid Tannen with my Dad and Doc, which we did, but it's still not right here.
