Chapter 6 - Motels!

 You watched the clock tick as Peridot was getting changed. It had been a while and you decided to go back to work the next week. Peridot was a bit sad but she was glad that you took time off for her. Peridot strutted over to you and flicked your nose. You groaned and looked up and saw her in the most adorable outfit ever.... Wait was that your shirt?

"Peri! That's mineee." You whined like a 4 year old as Peridot huffed like the responsible parent. After a few seconds she fell into laughter and jumped onto you. You smirked and begin kissing her. She really seemed to enjoy your signs of affection even after the hundredth time. She giggled as you begin dragging your fingers across her ribs as it sent ticklish waves through her body. She jumped you and begin slowly sucking across your neck.

After a while you sat next to Peridot and she had left at least 5 hickeys down her neck and chest. As you lay there Peridot happily dozing off you heard the doorbell ring. You groaned and slowly lifted yourself off of Peridot and straightened your clothes as the bell rang again.

"One sec!" You yelled as you shooed Peridot into your bedroom. You swiftly opened the door and saw nothing but a chest in your face. You slowly looked up to see a tall women with almost an unnatural height to her. 

"Uhm, Can I help you?" You flinched and tried to keep a straight face as you caught a glimpse of a gem in one of her hands. You shivered slightly as she crossed her arms.

"You know why I'm here don't you?" She replied looking slightly frustrated.

"Excuse me but this is my home and I will not let you treat me like that!" You replied as she shoved past you and into your home. She kneeled down to you as you got a better look at her face.

"Listen human. We don't know what you have done with Peridot but you don't know what she is." The gem said sternly. 

You felt tears bubble in your eyes as you angrily spit out "But I love her!" You angrily attempted a punch at her and she lifted her hand up to your fist and you felt every last bone in your wrist shatter. You winced and feel dow on the floor. 

"Where is she (Y/N)?" She calmly asked.

"You don't know what me and her have done!" You spat out at her.

"I realize your hurt, you have a bond with her correct." 

"Of course I do! She's my fucking girlfriend!" You hissed at her as she looked a bit shocked. 

"Y-Your in a relationship with her?" As she was distracted you felt an arm grab you and pull you quickly to the door. It was so much you could barely see your surroundings.

"Hold on tight..." You felt Peridot grab your waist and suddenly your feet weren't on the ground. Did you dare look down? You shut your eyes tightly as you felt Peridot rest the side of her head against you. 

"It's ok now... Were ok now (Y/N)." You opened your eyes and gasped looking onto the sky above the beach. 

"Peri.... Who was that?"

Peridot took a deep breath suddenly. "Her names Garnet... her along with Amethyst and Pearl... oh and 'Steven' are trying to capture me.... I have done wrong (Y/N)... I never wanted it to be like this... I-I..." You felt her soft sobs and you decided to take action into your own hands. You knew a place you could stay for now.

"A motel?" Peridot seemed confused. You sighed and explained the concept as you handed some money to the man behind the counter. He nodded and handed you a worn key. 

When you got to your room you just talked with Peridot... She explained her adventures with "The Crystal Gems". You just listened and couldn't help but feel safe within her ranting. Before she could finish her firm ending statement you pushed her down against the bed. 

"W-What was that for?" Peridot looked up at you her eyes glowing softly. You put two hands above her head and begin hastily kissing her using all the teeth you could. After a while Peridot decided to take it down a notch and just spoon softly in the bed. You didn't care what happened to your house or your job... you just wanted to be by her now... And you would do anything to protect her.
