You Are My Everything

I'm a slacker I know I know. But I'm trying. So here's another chapter.

Scott's POV
I woke up a few hours later on the couch with Mitch laying on top of me. I smiled down at him and saw him breathing small puffs of  air. He was so cute when he was asleep.

He started to moved in his sleep. He started saying things some words I couldn't understand but I could make out a few like, 'alone', 'scared' and 'Scott'. Was he scared that I would leave him? I couldn't even if I wanted to. He owns my heart and soul and there's not much I can do about it.

"Mitch. Baby wake up" I said shaking his arm lightly.

He slowly opened his eyes and looked up at me.

"Scott?"

"Yes Mitchie?"

"I love you" Mitch said with something I couldn't quite detect in his voice.

"Really now? I never would've guessed" I said trying to lighten the mood. I kissed the top of his head. "I love you too".

He looked up and smiled at me nuzzling his nose against mine. Mitch looked like he wanted to say something but was afraid to say it.

"You know you can ask me anything Mitchie" I said kissing his forehead.

"Did you really cheat on me?" Mitch asked in a small voice.

I quickly sat up with him in my arms.
"Mitchie how can you even ask that? I love you more than I love anything. You are my everything and I need you. I need you more than I need oxygen. You are my life support because without you I wouldn't survive. So no I did not cheat on you." I said looking straight into Mitch's eyes

Mitch looked right back into my eyes. Tears started falling down his face.

"Mitchie please don't baby. Don't cry. Everything is ok" I pulled him into my chest and rubbed circles on his back.

We sat like that for a while until sobs stopped shaking his body. I carefully pulled him forward and brought my lips to his in a slow and meaningful kiss.

"I'm sorry I overreacted. I'm sorry I hit you. I'm sorry I thought you cheated on me. I'm sorry I told you to leave. I'm sorry for everything I did" Mitch whispered laying his forehead on mine.

"It's ok Mitch. Things looked really bad. It's ok" I said running my hands through his hair.
"Just know that I will love you and only you"

"You too Scottland, you too" Mitch said a slight smile on his face.
