Newt.
Newt mostly. He's a good leader so you mostly agree on everything, but if you disagree or if he does something you don't approve of, you have this look that makes him cave.
Gally.
Gally is a hard one to take charge of so mostly you just let him have his way, but other times you have to put your foot down which can result in a heated argument, but he'll eventually huff and grumble yet still comply.
Minho.
He's in charge. He always seems to know what's best and despite his carefree attitude he does take everything quite seriously.
Thomas.
It's a group effort. You both have your strengths and weaknesses and work together.
