She was standing in-front of the residence that had housed her for sixteen years of her life.

She could imagine the heart break that she had put her parents through- from visions that her sword-Suigou- gave.

When she had first arrived in the world of the twelve kingdoms she just wanted to return home. She didn't want to be Queen- she just wanted to be honor student in high school that followed the rules of her parents and teachers- the perfect daughter.

She felt something standing there before the door- her hands clenched.

Should she knock or just barge in? Picking the one that was more appropriate for this situation, she knocked on the door gently and heard the soft pitter patter of feet coming from the other side.

Her father opened the door and he was stood still his face agape with such raw emotion. That Youko didn't know what was happening when she was suddenly pulled into her Father's embrace.

Before she would of asked if her father was alright- never before had her father shown so much affection towards her and she would have wondered if Keiki had sent her into an alternate reality.

"Father. " Yoko simply said, "We should talk. " She added. "Where's mother?" Yoko then questioned, barely giving her Father Time to process that his daughter had magically appeared  out of nowhere, and was presumed missing for a whole year.

"Your mother is upstairs. I'll go get her. "

While her father went upstairs--Yoko sat on a couch. Everything was the same, she thought silently.

A little smile curved on the edges of her lips-she heard the soft cries of her mother- her teared filled eyes made Yoko start to tear.

But she held it in when her mother had hugged her. "How?" her mother questioned.

Her parents had questions of where she had been, truthfully Yoko thought her parents would never believe where she been.

That she was spirited away by a magical creature and was proclaimed Queen of a faraway world. Yeah that would go over well--but she had no choice in the matter.

Her parents deserved the truth.

They would have plenty of time in the days to pass to catch up.
