Lucy's POV:
The train just stopped and we finally reached Magnolia. "Natsu wake up we're home" I shook his shoulder. His head was on my lap cause I knocked him out. "Happy can you carry him off the train?" I looked over to him. "Aye sir!" he giggled. When Happy tried to lift Natsu up he couldn't because Natsu had wrapped his arms around me. Happy tried once more. "Noooo~..I wanna stay~...she's so warm" Natsu mumbled in his sleep. I could feel blood rushing to my cheeks. Am I blushing right now oh my god I have to get him off me I know I'll kick him. I kicked Natsu off of me and on to the floor, he jumped up and shouted "I was having a good dream!". I gave him a glare and hissed "we're home now get of the train" I stood up and walk off the train. "Luce wait up!" Natsu shouted. I stopped and smirked "You gotta catch me first!" I ran off towards my apartment.
Natsu's POV:
Lucy shouted back"You gotta catch me first!" then she ran off. "Happy let's go to her apartment" I smirked at Happy "Aye!" said gleefully and with that he picked me up fast and flew to Lucy's apartment. I climbed in through the window and whispered "Happy go on back to the guild and hangout with Wendy and Carla" he smirked while he saluted then flew off. I decided to hide in in Lucy's bath but then shortly after fell asleep. I woke up after I heard a loud slam of the door I peek out the bath and see Lucy. huh she's panting running must be a challenge. I sit quietly in her tub waiting for the opportune time to scare her but then she does something unexpected.
Lucy's POV:
I finally get home and I'm red to take a nice hot relaxing bath. Where's Natsu normally he'd have caught me by now, But I shrug it off. I throw my clothes into the laundry and head for the bath. But when I turn on the light to my surprise I see a pinkette sitting in my bath. "NATSU WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY BATH!?" I shout at him. "I came in here so I could scare you when you got home but then you started to you know......so I didn't think scaring you was a great idea" he had a point but... "SO YOU WATCHED INSTEAD OF SAYING SOMETHING?!" I glared at him. "NO OF COURSE NOT I'M NOT A PERVERT" He protested. I let a sigh escape my mouth "Get out of my bath". He makes himself comfy in the tub "but its comfy and its not like you'll let me sleep in your bed" Natsu pouted. "GO HOME IF YOU'RE TIRED!!" He quickly jumped out of my bath and ran out of the room. I sigh in relief. Thank God that's over now I can finally relax and take my bath. I turn the tap on and I wait patiently for the bath to fill with hot water and quickly get in. "Ahhh! Alone at last" I let out a long breath. Finally all is right with the world just me and my -... "Hey Lucy where's the food I'm starving" Natsu walks in. "WHAT ARE YOU STILL DOING HER YOU PERVERT" I quick cover myself with my hands. "I never said I was leavin'" he declares with a serious tone and then crosses his arm and looks me dead in the eyes. "WHY NOT!" I argue. "Because I don't want to go home its so far" he whines. "Ugh there's food in the kitchen make something for dinner if you plan to stay you might as well be of some use" I relax in the tub again and shoo him out and slowly start to fall asleep.
Natsu's POV:
What does she expect me to cook I don't even know how. I scratch my head and decide to look at her books maybe she's got one with food in it. "Aha! Got one" I pull a book of the self the title reads Fine Dining: Fancy, Simple, and Time Efficient Meals. The picture looks yummy so I'll try this. "Okay so first I calls for meat.." I look in the fridge and pull out a package of chicken breasts. "This should do right..." I look at the book and pick a chicken dish that reads. Asian style chicken with rice and veggies. This seems easy enough I start cutting the chicken up and throw some of the spices listed in along with the veggies and then I start the rice. "Okay this should be done in like 10 minutes" I sit down and relax on Lucy's bed for a while.
~10 minutes later~
"Mmm its smells so good its probably ready" I go and check on the food and its all done. "Luce food's done!!" When she doesn't answer I get a little worried. "Luce..." She's asleep!! In the bath of all places she could drown. I shake her shoulder lightly "Luuuuce.... hey Lucy wake up!"
Lucy's POV:
I feel someone shaking me lightly "Uuuce....hey Lucy" my eyes flutter open and I see a pinkette looking at my eyes and smiling "rise and shine sleepy head I made dinner" I smile is this a dream. "Thank you so much honey" I smile blissfully. "Honey? aw Luce does someone have a crush" I realize it isn't a dream and I look around and I'm in my bath. "Ahhh! What are you doing in here! You idiot get out can't you see I'm naked. AND I DON'T HAVE A CRUSH ON YOU!" he burst out laughing. "Bahaha I know your naked that's why I didn't look anywhere but your eyes. Why? Do you want me to look." He says with an evil smirk on his face. "No! Of course not what do you want!" I cover myself again. " I told you foods ready now hurry or it'll get cold" he waltzes out. I quickly climb out and wrap up with a towel and drain the water. Ugh I'm all wrinkly now. I walk out of the bathroom and straight to my closet when an aroma so amazing makes me stop in my tracks. "What is that marvelous smell?" I close my eye and smell the air. "I told you I made food" Natsu says from in front of me. "Ah! When did you get there go away I'm changing" I put my hands on my hips. "And what are you gonna do if I don't" he smirks getting closer to my face. What will I do he's got a point I'm not exactly fighting material at the moment. I stand my ground and act on instinct. I look him in the eye and smile then give him a quick kiss. He freeze and looks at me like I just killed someone. I turn him around and walk him to the kitchen and sit him at the table. "Now eat and don't come back in unless I say you can." He just sits silently with a smile plastered on his face and then starts to eat. I turn back to my room and close the door so I can get dressed.
